  3. Injector resize isnt perfect u still need to log a low load run and tweak the k constant with 02 feedback off an get close to 14.5 then if idle is rich adjust the latency. Then turn the 02 back on when finished
  4. Definately get Aarons one. Like i said on the phone it would be an awesome buy and with turbo's etc will work out the same cost as a rebuild without the headaches
  5. Check what spark plugs and spark gap it has. What fuel pump does it have? Might need a new one

  10. Im doing thisconversion at the moment but there is no way u can just bolt the front section of the 25 shaft to the 20 rear. The 20 front shaft has the centre bearing but on the 25 the centre bearing is on the rear so its not possible. Plus the lengths are completely different. Going to drop the shafts into a driveline shop monday and get the 25 yoke cut off and welded to the 20 shaft. Edit: just read wax's post 3 post's up. Thats exactly what i meant

  12. 8k rebuild plus turbo's and injectors. Or 2nd hand motor 3500 + turbos = same result

  14. Try cheap copper plugs at .8mm
  15. Check and replace the spark plugs. Check for spark, check for fuel by cranking over before pulling sparkplugs out to see if there covered with fuel.
  16. Running a smaller gap will decrease torque. Ifu can run 1.1mm gap without misfiring that would be good. Most run .8mm when running higher boost due to the coilpacks not being strong enough to send the spark across the 1.1mm gap.
  17. yes all rb26 injectors are the same, aslong as they fit the standard rail

  19. Yep then once it stalls crank it a few more times also take the fuel filler cap off to release any pressure in the tank.

  21. Its possible. The turbo is 2nd hand. Check the oil drain from the bottom of turbo to engine isnt kinked or blocked.
  22. Theres 2 turbo's so if one is popped then the other can still be boosting slightly. Drop the cat from the front pipe and check. Take u 10 mins to check.
  23. Nistune CAN adjust rpm points and load points. So if boost is increased load points must be increased. Same as rpm limit.
  24. Ur right. What i meant was it has very similar airflow curves so when setting it up in nistune the z32 sensors can be selected and tweak the VQ table
