  1. Hope u can man up to ur own words Deano. Get ur -5's and we will try it
  2. Recheck the wiring for any shorts. Its weird that it didnt do it before so it shouldnt be the way u wired it. Check all fuses and relays. A relay might be staying energised.
  3. Yep get a new fuel pump. Ur choice, most run a walbro or 040 intank
  4. I wish i knew of that stuff 6yrs ago. I got 2nd hand ones for $150 so guess i was lucky in a way
  5. If u can see light around the butterfly valve then u have now killed ur throttle bodies. Get some 2nd Hand ones. I did exactly what u did on my 1st build. Ur car will now idle at 2500rpm.
  6. ^^^ yep or even a simple noid light on the inj plugs to see if they are constanty on
  7. U probably had a good/decent highflow cat
  8. I have seen 30rwkw from a highflow cat to a decat without touching the tune
  9. Dyno sheet?
  10. What tyres worped? Are u wheel spinning? Any footage of ur runs? U can build boost by holding handbrake and slipping the clutch with revs. Dont do it for too long obviously.
  11. Might be too much fuel which will = no start. Change the inj values to a lower number and see if it starts. Write down what they are before changing the values
  12. Launch control will not really help with street cars especially rwd. The clutch is just as important as the throttle. All about practice and more practice. With full slicks and a big laggy turbo maybe use launch control. Practice
  13. attessa ecu?
  14. Take inj out and get tested. Check the wiring at the injectors with a noid light and ensure they pulse when cranking. If any of them stay on u have a wiring short or inj driver issue in the ecu.
  15. Check spark again. See how strong it is. Do a compression test. Check the cam timing and cas timing. Check with timing light while cranking and see if it lines up with the crank pulley marks
  16. Thats a very good point. Something simple but very easy to do.
  17. Tighten them = more preload.
  18. Love that. Looks so shmicko
  19. Should never assume. Get it checked. A good way is to trim 5 degrees out and see if the level drops
  20. Not having much luck with it lately Michael. Did u remove the coil pack loom completely or just move it to the side? Reason i ask is there is 2 connectors in the loom above the cyl 6 inlet that are the same. If u get these the wrong way it wont start. Is the volts the same at the terminal post as the terminal itself? Try a different battery and see.
  21. Where are u located?
  22. Put a new set of plugs in it. Chances are they will all be fouled up. Get ur inj, tested. Put a wideband on and set idle AFR. And try to avoid excessive idling of the motor
  23. Woop woop. Just took my GTR for its first drive in aaages with the wilwoods fitted and bled. Bleed nipple is 1/4. Only did 6 stops during the bed in, need fuel and wheel alignment badly due to new camber arms fitted. Brakes feel extremely strong. Locks up the front at slow speed really well, never even went close to locking up with the old setup. My brake booster is squeeling but not too keen on pulling that out to replace.
  24. Wowsers. Now ill have to find a 4mm spanner.
