  1. Pull the vaccuum line off the fuel reg and see if there is fuel inside it. The diaphragm might be leaking. Can u swap the fuel pressure reg with a new one or a mates one?
  2. Yes nissan will hve all the parts needed or get permaseal from burson's. It is a pretty big job to do the manifold gasket. If u are planning on doing a turbo upgrade i would wait until then because they have to pull the turbo right off anyway. Even a couple months etc, it wont hurt anything having the slight leak.
  3. Oil control mods are more important than a n1 pump. What sort of driving do u do?

  5. If the water is all gone put in a new set of spark plugs, if the issue is still there try gapping them down down to .8mm. Another option is buy pre gapped spark plugs to .8mm
  6. Will tweak my nipples later... Tonight before i rebleed them ill check they are free and might put some thread tape on them.
  7. Hanaldo u are right. Unfortunatley its a questiin in the list of many that pop up on here too often and every one has an opinion. All the facts are out there for people to get as much info as they need to help decide. Oh and ur r34 neo rb25 doesnt have knock map capabilities yet.
  8. I agree 100% but i don't believe a nistune will save u any more. Especially since the knock maps don't work yet. (depending which car of course) The load cut might help save u if the wastegate line comes off but u could keep naming what if's all day. Not many ecu's have knock maps so its obviously not needed. In regards to grid spaces thats another thing over rated as the ecu interpolates between cells. I have seen a 1uz tuned with a 3x3 grid and runs fine. (Naturally Aspirated though)
  9. Becareful with the compressor outlet of the turbo or any other opening eg cooler piping etc. Cover them up with rags or similar, its very easy to drop something in them.

  11. Knock maps are not yet available on most nistune ecu's. Therefor knock maps are best to be copied from the tuned map. The tuned map should be tuned so there is no knock anyway and "shouldnt" be on the limit of knock. For a street car i would recommend nistune. For a car that see's the circuit i would prefer power fc or any other ecu with injector trim to help keep the back cylinders of the motor alive. Unfortunately nistune doesnt offer this at the moment.

  17. Had a small issue bleeding them. Crack the nipple and the fluid comes out the tread not the nipple. Same on all of them. Did a quick test in my driveway. Needs another quick bleed all round. Did ur bleed nipples do the same thing?
  18. Have u taken the catalytic converter out to check it? Sounds to me like this might be partially blocked.
  19. Try o-ring the block to help. Have u tried different headgasket type? Are u using the standard size rb30 stud size or rb26 stud size?
  20. Ive got one runningperfectly fine. Its got a pipe between the 2 hoses inside the cylinder/can. In that pipe there is a small slit venting into the can. Try putting electrical tape around the dipstick so its a tighter fit. If that doesnt work try running the car without it and see if it still pops the dipstick out.
  21. Have fitted up my brakes now. And about to do a bleed. GTR's would be better with a different type of brake line. The stock setup has a hard pipe that runs behind the top of the rotor to the back side of the rotor then a line from there to chassis. I have fitted the supplied hel lines with a few cable ties. After cable tieing the line to the abs wire the line sits within an inch of the front driveshaft. Will keep an eye on it.

  24. Neo needs a minimum tp(load) and temp other than that its rpm activated as normal.
