  1. Does it still require a wolf disc in the CAS? Check there is power going into the CAS. Maybe one power out is not working. If the CAS doesnt have power. Try powering it up with a wire direct from the battery or similar. Then see if the signal is working inside the ecu

  3. No good man. Sorry to hear. When doin a comp test on RB's its best to start at the back. So u dont get ur hopes up when starting from the front. Ive been there done that. When u put your next engine together thats going to see the circuit get an ecu that has inj trim per cylinder. Or atleast flow check ur injectors and put the highest flowing inj into the rear cylinders to help keep em cool

  7. Is it stock ecu? Why did u replace the fp. Reg? Might be making it run evem richer then the stock ecu normally does What afr is it at on the dyno?

  9. Good work. If u want to run without the timing cover take the rubber grommet off the cover which has the correct thickness spacers
  10. Has the fuel pump been replaced? How did u fit the au coils? What ecu are u running? Do u have any pics of the spark plug tips? U said that had calcium.
  11. Not everyone runs stock boost. Mainly the smart ones that still have there engine running, Unfortunately its just a game of chance. Come to the coast ill help u hook it up.
  12. Its all the same when tuning. Map sensors just require some fiddling with transient throttle for nice throttle response

  16. Take the afm off and check the solder joints i side it. Theres a diy thread on SAU.
  17. Yes its possible. But the ecu may run into Rich and Retard due to excessive airflow. Which means u will need an aftermarket ecu to get the best out of it or u will have to drop the boost back down to near stock. The stock turbo is a game of chance, some people run 16psi all day every day for years, while others blow a turbo on 12psi after a month.

  19. Thats not a very fair comment. Some people actually enjoy working on cars and helping people out. Not just out there to get rich. U don't trust a person but u trust Ebay gaskets lol
  20. Is the engine timing and all the basics set correctly? Has the power fc been tuned before? Take the dump pipe off and start the engine. See if the turbine is spinning and increases speed with the engine rpm. Are the wheels still intact with fins? Have u tried a different boost gauge?
  21. No boost at all but still drives with power fc afm etc tells me there shouldnt be any air leaks. Either turbo's not spooling or the wastegate is completely open which should still make some boost. Take the wastegate pipe off and see if the exhaust is exiting it.
  22. Same same. 10, 15. I wasnt sure if his has been set for the particular engine base timing.
  23. You dont have to run the sensor if u dont want to. Its only used for idle and cruise to help fuel consumption.
