  1. T3/t4 should make 200kw on 14 or so psi WITH A TUNE BUT. dont drive it hard till its tuned
  2. Cam gear settings will affect compression. Set them to 0 and do another compression test.
  3. Get a infrared thermometer and check the temp of the outlet of the intercooler. The intake charge temp shouldnt increase much from there to the engine. I know this isnt air temp exactly but should help
  4. VitaminE is a pain. He hasnt written back yet. Just noticed he only has 7 posts. Can he use pm? Can someone pm me his phone number please or msg him my number. Thanks
  5. If u are working on or near a starter motor or alternator then u should disconnect the battery. If u are modifying wiring then disconnect too. Changine globes etc make sure the key is off and the lights are off. No ecu should lose its memory. If it does there is a wiring issue or faulty ecu. But this wouod normally be found when turning the key off
  6. Did the engine overheat at all? Did u bleed the colling system after u replaced the blown hose? Is the problem always there or intermittant?
  7. The fuse blew for a reason, there might be a short circuit in the wiring somewhere. Take out the interior light fuse as u suspect this is the last one u replaced before the issue. Do u have an alarm tha starts the car? Can u completely remove the turbo timer incase the short is inside it causing the ignition to stay on.
  8. What cat is it running? Check its not fully/partially blocked. Have u got adj. cam gears? Are they N1 turbo's?
  9. Get a nistune, a fuel pump and injectors before u start driving it. What happened to the last engine exactly? Depending how safe the tune is u could run 16 psi. Some people run more.
  10. Only the one on the fuel pump itself. When he told u that did he do a fuel pressure and flow test? This would tell u if its fuel flow related or the injectors arent up to the job
  11. What afrs at idle? What ecu?
  12. Agreed, prove it was the headgasket that caused The failure 1st
  13. have you put it on a dyno to see if the power is down? might not have to spend $10,000 to fix compression issue just yet.
  14. a misfire as in your other thread causes unburnt fuel to exit the engine and be burnt when it hits the exhaust which may be heating the turbo up more than the engine.
  15. excellent, had me freaking out, vitaminE when can you send it off? i might be able to send yours tommorow arvo depending if i can finish the job im working on early, but should be fine ( might get the fiance to take it to the post office for me) send me a PM with your address please dude.
  16. 3584 is the disc i have which is right side. Im not sure of the left side part number
  17. Thanks Brad i'll have a look today for a part number. Your a legend for offering.
  18. Wow. Didnt think it was that bad when u explained it too me. Connect ur consult for me and let me know the exact temp when it does it. Ill modify the warm start and send u a New file to burn.
  19. Nistune with tune will be 1000ish + 600 for Z32s Power fc 1000+ 700 tune + z32s Ems, haltech etc 1700 + 700 tune and any wiring changes etc
  20. Try a different tester. Make sure thr throttle is held wide open. Just keep enjoyin driving it.
  21. Lol. What a lonely topic. All by your self. What ecu are u running? What fuel pressure reg? What afm? What engine?
  22. Is cyl 4 the only one with det marks. The top bearing looks hammered from detonation.
  23. I have heard from na beast but not vitaminE. Can u please call him if u have his number? Or Can u email wilwood and get them to send me a passenger side disc. Thanks
  24. Might be a dud tester. Try another compression tester gauge. Also make sure the throttle is completely open when cranking. Don't stop cranking until the gauge stops moving
