  1. U can only guess by reading. Without actually goin for a ride in ur exact setup. Its always a bit of a gamble. Just have to go by word of mouth. Find someone on here with that power and pm them to see how it feels on the road

  4. 280kw in a silvia will run a 11.0. I know cause mine ran it twice in 1 night. Skyline will need 350kw+++ to run that time. i wouldnt worry about trying to beat his car. Rb25 will safely make 280kw with Decent response. Will be plenty fast enough
  5. Welcome. U can Use cable ties to hold the fan shroud on. Is it a stock radiator or an alloy one? An please turn off caps lock. Its too early in the morning to be yelling.
  6. Silvia is alot lighter too. So infortunately he will still win. If he gets traction. A 250 kw skyline is still fast and should run a 12.??? second 1/4 mile
  7. Im confused. In the topic heading u say u currently have a r33 rb25det. Then u say u have a rb20 manifold? Are u running rb20 manifolds on ur current rb25????

  9. i havent checked for the adapters honestly, there is a few bits and peices in there, ill go check right now.

  11. yeeewwwww, got all my kit now, including a set of braided lines, freebee i guess. i will fit it up on sunday and let you know how it all goes
  12. power fc, the injectors were set at 105%
  13. sif, nistune supplied fitted and tuned for under 1k, power fc 1k to buy then tuning

  15. have you fixed the catch can? take the dump pipe off the turbo and see if there is an evident oil leak from the seal. and same on the front, if you cant see any oil there, put the intake back onto the front and start the car to see if smoke starts pouring from the turbo exhaust, if it does turn the car off and see if you can see oil in the exhaust of the turbo. let us know how you go
  16. who tuned the car? what ecu? do you have a dyno sheet with afr? might need to be richened up a bit to help keep combustion temps down
  17. yep^^^ and setup a autech style catchcan so it doesnt keep happening too. My old GTR was running 419 kw with the stock intercooler piping.
  18. all speculation about the fuel flow/pressure drop. never tested it just 2 entry points for twin fuel pumps. LOL R33 racer, everything you say not to do you have AAAHAHAHA.

  20. What manifold are u running? If there is access to the runners i just use a infra red thermo gun. Hold it on medium load on the dyno and check. Then do a full power run and check.
  21. Not entirely true. U wont notice a lean out on the dyno if its slight and only the rear cylinders. Best way to check is with individual exhaust runner temperatures. I agree that it is unecassary to run a twin entry but if he already has all the gear it wont hurt to fit it.
  22. Try another afm fro a known working car. See how that goes
  23. To monitor cylinder conditions u need to read the spark plugs condition.
