  1. Edit: Why cant u run a return line?
  2. May have had a slight boost spike which isnt uncommon. Just keep monitoring it and see if it happens again. If it does try and replicate it and see if the boost spikes then returns to 1.2
  3. Wideband is an 02 sensor. Basically detects how much air is in the exhaust and then gives a readout on a gauge of the current air/fuel ratio.
  4. Red and black??? Power and earth maybe. U should search for the pin outs for the emanage to see what they are
  5. As above will get it driveable hopefully. Otherwise just fit the injectors when u drop the car off. Only a 20minute job
  6. Get a noid light or led test light to see if inj 3 has a pulse signal from the ecu. Check for 12v power on the common injector wire too.

  9. Is it still losing coolant? Sounds like maybe the heater box is leaking coolant into the ducting. Can u smell coolant with the heater or aircon on?
  10. What sort of timing are u running at full load? Keep it safe with the timing. If u have access to a dyno when the driver is ramping it up on full load have earmuffs on and ur Hav ur head on the inlet side of the engine and close to the rockers. Unfortunately this will be the only safe way for u to do it.

  12. Check some basics 1st. Look at the exhaust system and nake sure all heat shields are tight and make sure the exhaust doesnt contact the body anywhere. Otherwise as said the gearbox is noisy
  13. Be very careful. Ur playing with fire abit here. If u can hear the knocking from inside ur car that is pretty serious and will be doing damage. Seems like ur standard knock sensors arent up to scratch. If u can get it on a dyno it would be good so atleast u can be under the bonnet listening for detonation. What afr are u running at full load? Is 95 the best fuek u can get?
  14. spewin, one of my trucks just spat the crank pulley and the key way isnt quite that bad, hopefully i can fix it without a new crank or the truck is going in the bin...

  17. Adjust the clutch pedal pushrod up the top of the clutch pedal. U need to adjust it towards the master cylinder so that it disengages the clutch more. A quick how to do it I think its a 12mm lock nut, loosen this then with ur fingers or long nose pliers turn the pushrod clockwise so it moves closer to the master cylinder. Keeping in mind if u over adjust it or u dont have any freeplay in the clutch pedal the clutch might slip. So u need to find the best spot for max travel(disengagement of clutch) with some freeplay
  18. Yep thats right. Check battery voltage, Then check fuel pump voltage At the pump itself. Should be similar to batt volts U have had the fuel pump out. Check to nake sure the 2 hoses were put back on the correct way around. Take the fuel line off before the filter and check the flow see if its any better. If its no good get a new fuel pump
  19. Had to of been power to the injectors. The neg to the injectors is from the ecu trigger.
  20. Try gapping them to .8mm and try again. Weird about the injector duty
  21. Hey Eric, im glad Deb is ok about it. Get some fundraisers organised and im sure Alot of sau members will show up to help out. The way i see it is Rough guess of $3500 to get parts and labour done and posiibly paint oh and a new dry cell battery as the old one is squashed in half. If 70 or so sau members contributed say $50 dollars or under it wouldnt take long to get the funds up. I am more than willing to help contribute money and my time as a mechanic to swap the rear subframe over. Then all that is left is a rear quarter and paint work. Jez
  22. Minimum 12v hopefully. If it primes it Is Pumping. Check that fuel is Coming out the fuel filter by turning the key on or cranking with the outlet ofthe fuel filter into a clear bottle. Check the fuel doesnt have water contamination etc.
  23. My point exactly in my last post. Ur drifting so sliding sideways= very little airflow to the rad, so try it without the ducting
  24. Looks awesome but most of the airflow will need to come in from where the sides of ur pretty alloy duct is. Try running without that.
