  1. Intake temps are a bit high. I still dont believe the exhaust leak caused that issue. Prob just the tune for power fc

  4. The way i see it leave the pcv alone and remove and block the intake side at the turbo. This actually pulls oil out ofthe head in a way. There is alot of vacuum there.
  5. What ecu is it? O2 sensor is only used on cruise light load idle etc but can only trim the tune if 02 feedback is on. Ask him those questions above and let us know
  6. What are the egt's? How much timing at full noise? Any signs of pinging? Have u tried a decat pipe? Why did he tune it at 10.8 ish?could lean in out heaps???

  8. It sounds like an ecu issue. A nistune or aftermarket ecu will fix the issue. There is no r&r then

  10. Yep thats what i meant. Full flow to the turbo= full boost.
  11. Im guessing no wastegates. Just as much boost as it can make in the 3000rpm powerband.... Just a guess
  12. Have another play with the inlet cam timing. My mates was doin the same thing and adjusting the inlet cam netted a much better response. About 800rpm difference. This was with 32 nismo turbos. His was the same 5500, now 4700rpm and makes 300kw on 19psi
  13. If it started before he changed the battery is it possible he popped the main fuse? Not sure if it will still crank though

  15. i didnt think the -9s would make that power??? stock cooler should be ok. Jim berry Full monty clutch should be able to handle it and an occassional drag run cam gears any brand, they all do the same thing, need to be tuned anyway. use a decent brand EBC, profec b is affordable and very easy to setup
  16. i think he means if the pump is changed without retune it will affect the afrs due to pressure and flow changes
  17. Check ur catalytic converter isnt melted. Then take the line off the wastegate and go for a carefull drive. This should make boost extremely quickly and unlimited boost so only gIve it a really short boost to see if its quicker and there is a fault with ur wastegate vacuum setup. But check the cat 1st. Might be melted
  18. Try removing the End of the fuel filler neck. And resealing the compliance part at the end
  19. I totally agree. But most cars i have tuned are silvias and skylines. None have tow bars. Lol The dyno that his old tuner used had an open area and a good fan. Have u ever checked a car On the road directly after a run on the dyno? I suppose it could be a difference between my innovate and the dyno 02 sensor.
  20. Also i think what makes tuners tune leaner on wot is to keep the customer happy when they see the extra couple of kw. Thats all most people want. A good number then they think theyve got a good tuner and spent theyre money right. Not many tuners measure egts. Most street cars dont see those temps and if they do they dont see em for long. I always tune richer and have also noticed that when a cars has been tuned on a dyno for say 11.8 when i go on the road test with my wideband it shows theyre running about 12.3. My thinking on this is all the fresh air letting the engine breath cleaner. The car in example was tuned with sensor on the dump pipe both on dyno and on road tune.

  22. How did the bee r normally get wired in? Did u have to cut the cas wires before?
