if the pistons could be moved alot doesnt that mean excessive clearance?
could possibly be excessive temps causing the pistons to grow and come in contact with the bore,
so was the marks definately causing issues?
If ur stock turbo's are blown, didte exhaust wheel shatter?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but its possible that ur motor has shrapnel in it now and will be next to die soon after.
Ur ebc should have instructions on how to plumb it up. Then any vac/boost lines left over and unused should be blocked to prevent leaks.
On 32s i run the wiring and boost line in behind the wheel arch splash gaurd then through the stock grommet/wiring loom
2872s are the devil. Very badly mismatched turbo. U should get a 3071 .63 t28 flange. Mine made 268kw on 20psi with this turbo on lowmount manifold and nearly everything from stock setup bolts onto it
I know of a rb20 in a r32 running 16 psi with no bov for 12 months limiter bashing 3rd gear helis. Guy drives like nutcase.
He never blew anything. The motor was recently sold so he can put in a rb25.
I guess some ppl are lucky
an LED test light is used To check small pulse signals such as ignitor signals from ecu to ignitor or ignitor to coils. Also injector pulse signals at injectors. Use them the same as a normal test light.
Can u try a different ecu? Maybe urs is fried
