  3. thanks heaps for the info every one. i am happy with the response and controll of the boost that the hybrid controller offers. found out my tuner went blind and had the low boost turned to the max. not the high boost. i am still going to change the wastegate springs to be around 18-19psi. i am going to be using 19psi on pump fuel for street use and 25psi with 98+ octane booster for strip and dyno use. here is my dyno sheet. this is a basic one in hp as my other sheet is in my car at the tuners. i will post my results when it has been tuned on 25psi i won a dyno day at tuggerah on sat running 19psi. beat the 2nd place supra by .6 of a kw. made 387.5kw. doesnt matter if you win by an inch or a mile winning is winning. cheers Jeremy
  4. thanks guys. made 387.5kw. down a little from wat it made the day before. was pullin 420kw. but having boost controller issues so wasnt boostin as high as it should of. but i beat the supra so thats all that mattered(he came 2nd) i won 4 trophies -highest kw AWD -highest kw RWD( took out the fuse) -highest kw per litre -highest kw overall winner i played nice to the guy with the supra cuz he was hell cut up. looks like he has spent a s**t load of money on his car. and gave him the RWD trophy. have to admit but i only won by .6 of a kw. It doesnt matter if you win by an inch or a mile winning is winning. cheers guys. will see you at the SBO day. wont be there till about lunch time

  6. weird one. check the earths from the battery. is there corrosion on the terminals? how old is the battery? get the charge rate checked

  8. Expensive??? i just want the spring. swap? haha just joshin hoping that an eboost 2 will keep the gate shut . had a couple of inconsistant ramp ups on the dyno, varied from 380kw to 420kw on 22.5psi. depending on when the gate would open
  9. yeah i know. i bought it for my old r31 with rb25det. but couldnt fit it. then i bought the GTR and it had a greddy profec but it didnt work. so i had this lying around and put it in. i was going to have 19psi low boost for street and 25psi hi boost for dyno and drag days. i thought you couldnt get springs rates this high?? where do i get them?
  10. bit dissapointed. 32 GTR 1st up quick list of mods rebuilt motor JE pistons standard crank and rods every thing else replaced. To4z a/r 1 rear .70 front 50mm ebay wastegate with 12psi spring hybrid boost controller electronic PWR cooler 3.5inch exhaust power FC put it on the dyno today to raise the boost from 19 to 25psi had 403kw. my boost controller won't go higher than 22.5psi. its maxed out wont turn any more. my question is should i spend the money on an e boost 2 like my tuner reccomends or will a stiffer wastegate spring do the job? thanks

  12. my 32 GTR is going in for tune on 25psi this wednesday. we are going to do a final run in awd and a final run in rwd. will post the results as soon as i know. at the moment its got 403awkw on 19psi

  17. try replacing your plugs and gapping them to .8mm or even just try gapping the plugs that are in there to .8mm. its very common for skylines running higher boost to blow out the spark. also by gapping them to .8mm instead of the stock 1.1mm it takes some strain off the coils. hope this helps.
  18. if you pull the front shafts out you will have to seperate the hub end so you can bolt it back in the hub to hold the bearing together... right?

  20. hey buddy sounds like you have have a dud pilot bearing and/or input shaft bearing. start saving
  21. hey buddy, way too over priced. i paid 23000 for mine didnt have a fresh rebuild but you could do it up better for less than that. why would any one do up a motor and keep the standard turbos. if you get it make sure you have good proof that it has what he says it has. i got stung big time cause the guy i bought mine off said it was all that. but it blew up a couple of weeks later, just be carefull... i spent about 10000 plus the car at 23000 and i got 403awkw yesterday. well worth the money.
  22. R32 GTR Garret T04Z .70 front 1 rear peaked at 21 psi engine 40 thou over size JE pistons, stock rods and crank. ACL metal headgasket, race bearings ARP rod bolts, head stud kit N1 oil and water pump tomei poncams 260 9.15 stock cam gears and AFM's 800cc SARD injectors on stock rail 3.5inch exhaust with magic catalytic converter 044 pump with stock fuel pressure regulator split fire coils 403 awkw 541 awhp comes on hard at 4- 4500RPM but starts pulling about 3000RPM (will add dyno sheet as soon as i fix my stupid scanner)
