Dori's car had a few issue's that we found after he refitted the NON antisurge. And even after fixing all that up it was down a bit in power from the last first tune
Few possibilities-
Fuel pump voltage too low
02sensors faulty
Try unplugging the 02 sensors and see if it inproves. Theyre located on the turbo dump pipes
I have a hks superdragger on my GTR, very quiet. And i have changed the mid muffler to a resonator and its stil very quiet. Its due to the size of the muffler on the canon.
Realistacally u just need an engine gasket set and bearings, then the sump baffle etc.
Main issue is stripping and cleaning the motor down to remove all the small bearing material debris.
Ok so it may be too lean on start up which can be caused by the fuel pump voltage. Try the rewire or atleast earth the fuel pump negative direct to the chassis ground

It is possible to foul plugs if they are indeed a race plug ie really cold heat range like an 8 or colder.
There is absolutely no need for these cold plugs to be used unless a full blown circuit race car.
What ecu and mods ?
Cant diagnose a big end knock if its not there. Unfortunately they can pop up at any time. Normally after a hard thrashing with constant high revs up hill etc
Both will give the same outcome. But u could sell the power fc, afm and boost controller if u have one and use the adaptronic with boost solenoid so it controls boost
