  1. I could dig out the stick welder. U reckon that will do titanium ok?
  2. or a fire hazard
  3. Wowsers. 8's. Fark man unless ur circuit racing the thing constantly with no street driving theres no need for 8's. As Guilt toy said. 7's are perfect or even 6's depending if ur tune is on the richer side and may foul plugs
  4. Becareful if u pull the injector out while the rail is still in engine, as the rail is still full of fuel it will all run into the engine
  5. Just get the wastegate pipe as big (diameter) as possible.
  6. I used a local ceramic coating a few years back. The ceramic held up but i swear the black that i paid extra for was just heat proof paint. After tuning on the dyno the black was peeling off from the collector.
  7. U are all smackies. He has a stock ecu. So the cat light is the check engine light on 32's. Yes power fc's flash the cat/check engine light. But for more than just knocking, ie injector duty maxing out, airflow meter maxing out.
  8. U should put a relay to up the voltage to the pump. And be sure to earth the pump aswell
  9. Quiete??? Ours spool like a jet fighter. Love it
  10. Float is sepearate to the pump
  11. What ecu are u running? If power fc u may have a tune issue
  12. Yep. How much was the new cas
  13. Cool i'll order a new cas for every car i see from here on in.
  14. Yes earth it on say the strut tower bolt etc.
  15. Assumption much? What afr's is it running? What makes u think its running lean? Have u checked fuel pressure and flow?
  16. If i remember today i will ask my supplier.
  17. Yes some of the ignitors are different. But normally it wont start
  18. They nearly all do it from what i have seen. U guys replace heaps of parts then let us know if u can fix it.
  19. Did u get ur ethanol sensor working again? We have already had 1 die. Lucky i had a spare fir my car. Warranty phone call will be made today for a replacement
  20. I wanna see a race legal of course haha. Would be more like a long side by side power skid lol
  21. Ignition to on Using a multimeter set on DC Volts. Connect black probe to an earth point or negative terminal on battery. -Probe the TPS wiring with the red probe to find the signal wire which shoukd read around .4V, there will be a 12V power and Earth aswell. -to set the TPS u need the signal to read .4-.5volts with no throttle. If it needs adjusting carefully loosen the tps bolts/screws. (caution these can be tricky to undo, and dont overtighten) -signal should read around 4.5Volts at full throttle
  22. Get the correct afm for the engine before trying anything else. The AFM voltage quantifier must match what is written in the ecu to be anygood. Otherwise the ecu will be looking up the incorrect load points.
