  1. Tis normal buddy.
  2. Draren, what ecu? If its a NIStune it may be a poor install ir a loose board
  3. It may have something to do with the turbo timer. Try leaving it idle without the timer on. Just leave key on. If it doesnt happen then its the timer
  4. My bad.... Edited. Might start reading my draft before posting.
  5. I will be having a chat to NITTO when they come to my shop i a few weeks. Told him to bring heaps of info on the new spline oil pump setup. Will post up once ive had a chat
  6. Soon mate. Hows ur car coming along? No rush aye. Just add to the 2 yrs hahaha
  7. This. Unplug the iac etc to eliminate things from the equation
  8. Its definately a weird issue as its intermittant. Best bet would be get a wideband on it. Check it at idle. My guess is its leaning out causing a lean pop. Ive had similar issue's with a z32 rb25 NIStune. Idle afr would be stable then every minute or so would lean out and start popping. I left the 02 sensor off(which i normally do anyway) but turned on the 02 flags around idle which stabilised the afr's. I spoke to Matt about this and he was goong to check it out for me
  9. Ok thats fine as long as its in the idle mode.u must be running an rb20 ecu if u can adjust the tps trigger voltage via ecu. There may be something else causing it to go out of idle mode to make it run 30degree's timing. But try adjusting the tps anyway. Theres 2 small screws u need to loosen slightly then rotate the tps. Have the key on and use the consult. Adjust the tps to .7 if its at .8 now. Have a play around and monitor if the idle stays stable
  10. Why do we need a theme
  11. Its possible. Bust never assume its too rich without having a wideband to tell u afr. The timing doesn't seem right. It should not be at 30 degree's at idle. That tells me ur tps may not be setup correctly. Try dropping the tps back a tad ie: if its at .5 try .46
  12. What power are u making at the moment?
  13. That is not the maf. Its the traction control unit. What ecu did u say u are running? The iac should be plugged in, this is what idles the motor up when aircon an powersteer is turned on
  14. Pull the spark plugs out and check condition. Replace if necessary
  15. Not sure about tha one but i used the brand new SBC from blitz, supposedly only been out from japan for a month with no english translation and its safe to say i hated it. I couldnt get stable boost no matter what i tried. Not sure whether it was the customers install or not but it ruined my liking for it. Most of the other blitz bc's are awesome
  16. Didnt u have a triple plate supposedly?
  17. Walk- why are ur posts always farked up.
  18. Might be too rich on cruise. Leave the 02 disconnected and test
  19. Try and tighten the 17mm nuts holding the turbo on. The sooner u do this the higher chance of saving the gasket. Also did u reinstall the lockingtabs?
  20. Get the flywheel machined
  21. Ok, most common thing to do is get a relocator kit. Then the oil filter relo plate has the bungs u require
  22. Yes i agree its bad. I dont feel the lines would be clogged but maybe check they flow ok When ur done
  23. Great minds yada yada
