Are u sure crap has gone through the system or just in the pumps filter and possibly fuel filter? Mates 34 did the same thing. He ran the fuel in the tank through a fuel filter and into some jerry cans a few times to remove the debris from the tank. Hasnt played up since

Is ur fuel pressure stable? Ie has the pump been rewired to battery voltage? Is 02 feedback enabled? If u have the software or consult keep a close eye on inj duty when idle is good and when idle is playing up. Let me know the readings

Can some one post a pic of there id2000 install into an rb manifold. Need to lnow what rubbers or oring u have used where the injector seals into the port.

The picture must be mirrored then because the flapper arm is from a different angle and so is the t3 flange. I asked him and he said he unloaded it as he asked for the 14psi actuator but got the 20. This car wasnt laggy for the setup he had.

I will ask the customer tonight if he unwound the preload when he fitted it years ago. So did u replace the entire rear housing? It looks like a different wastegate setup or is the picture mirrored

No. The 02 sensor is not used during start up. 02 sensor will help with fuel economy aslong as everything else is working well. Sch as inj arent leaking. No intake leaks. Good condition afm etc

Well on Dori's car which is a head fck as it has some weird issue's. It was laggier, and less top end. Wanted to ping at 240kw where as last time it was making 280kw on the edge. Lost 30 kw at 100kph also. Had the exact same surge issue as the non anti surge housing which we think is the profec playing silly buggers with us. It wasnt until we went for a run on the road that i noticed it hitting the boost warning. Weird thing is the boost warning is set at 26psi and profec isoinly reading 20. So i turned warning up to 33psi and it didnt surge once on the road after that. We couldnt find a bleed valve lying around as i lent my last one out to another customer during the week. Only things changed since last tune where anti surge housing and the exhaust leak was fixed (other end of the plumb back pipe for external gate wasnt sealing) but is running screamer

Ok so nobody by the anti surge housing td06 20g unless u want to lose 40kw
