  1. E85 masks the det prone area due to the higher RON, But of course make sure the chambers are setup to suit.
  2. Try crimping the fuel return line after the fuel pressure reg when starting to raise te fuel pressure. the reg may be getting soft. With the tps if its not set correctly it may not be in the idle maps. Try lowering it to .35 or so
  3. I dont expect the highflow to make 300kw. I would say more like 250+
  4. E85 is perfect if ur current power is knock limited due to the octane of fuel u are using. But the real reason we all use E85 is because its eco friendly renewable energy of course
  5. Just tell us already. I can already see the tumbleweed rolling across the screen. The suspense has gone
  6. Most are just a chip as u say. The aftermarket chips can be a pain to desolder sometimes but makes me earn my money haha. For the guys interested can i get u to send me a pm with ur details on the car and mods, tune or no tune and when we get enough participants i can put the order in.
  7. Good work Alex 2.2 is very good for a heavy car with a single spinner. Shows the 3.5 has the torque to move the weight.
  8. Urt. Did u wrap the entire manifold or jus cyl 1&6?
  9. Hahaha u know ur the biggest xo
  10. Hahahahaha. Only thing i don't like is large heads on customers I love big boost just not when u bring a 10:1 comp sr20 with 98 octane and try running 16psi.
  11. Have u tried another ecu? Does it start everytime with the throttle held open alittle ? Where are u located?
  12. Thats awesome man well done. I dont think that 600hp is the limit for pump i think its more the risk with pushing big numbers on pump, due to the octane. Do u feel the pump over there is a higher octane than our 98 in Aus?
  13. Yes it will work using just 1 map source but ur tuner will have to set up his tune accordingly to get transient throttle nice
  14. Pffft.... I'll bring a precision to the party. We should have the 34 4door flex fuel tuned by then.
  15. Yep. Fill up cooling system with water and pressure test, check for leaks. If no leaks are present and it holds pressure then remove thermostat and check opening temp. Replace if necessary. Retry bleeding cooling system and try again
  16. So im guessing ur intake was very short before? As 15cm is a fair bit
  17. This thread should be called hey everyone who is running an illegal screamer pipe post it up
  18. Thermostat doesnt use any electrical signal. Have u checked the coolant level and condition? Can u get a consult to check temp into ecu
  19. Get it to a tuner
  20. Aaron is very lucky to be alive. Lol at the vid. Airbags? Marvelous
  21. Yeah i hate when this happens
  22. Its more than likely just oil from the cam cover breathers. U may need a catch can to help prevent it filling up the cooler. Most cars will have oil in the cooler. Is it blowing any blue smoke? Is the cam timing and base ignition timing correct? What intake pipe are u running to the turbo?
  23. Also different ecu's have different tables.
  24. Rewire the pump as Scotty said but it sounds tune related. U running stock injectors?
