  1. Check injector puls with a noid light or led test light. U need to see if the wiring is always powered and earthed which would keep the injector open
  2. Ok that tells me it is a fuel supply issue. Try crimping the retun line before starting. Also take fuel line off before the rail and the amount of flow when priming. If u are near me i could check it out with my pressure and flow gauge
  3. Might be clutch slip. Do the revs rise but car doesnt accelerate?
  4. Yes it should make more power. Fuel octane is always an issue when trying to push bigger numbers from a smallish turbo, Say if u had a G3 u can run more power with more boost before u hit the knock limit. I think due to the turbo design being for as best response as possible the top end has to suffer as it chokes up in the rear housing.
  5. Its not a race track its a private road. Its a very nice road, The long straight is actually down hill with no run off area. He is very strict on noise levels and driving style. It is mainly used for up market drive days for new models etc Its also 5.2km long
  6. Not just as simple as that. Then u have to tune and adjust k constant to get it perfect. Most times just selecting the correct afm the car will hardly run
  7. No dont replace anything without diagnosing it first. What i mean with the throttle is if u hold the theottle open a little when cranking does it start easier or no different
  8. If u know when ur going to be parking the car just cruise for the last minute of driving to cool the turbine down. Saves money on a turbo timer
  9. Check the cam timing if u havent already. If the plugs are really wet but there is spark. Try trimming the injector percentage and see if u can get it to start. Check all piping, check afm setting in power fc,
  10. Tell me if the spark plugs are wet after trying to start it
  11. Just get the manifold studs removed by a professional. Will cost maybe $100
  12. Has it always had this issue or just started? Is there plenty of fuel getting to the fuel rail? Does it start with some throttle applied? Few possibilities is the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. With the reg u could try crimping the return line as u are attempting to start it
  13. Glad ur happy Mitch. If i go to shop later i will overlay ur graph with Kasko's and post it up.
  14. My bad thought op had 33 aswell.
  15. They are fine for around town
  16. Theyre rated alot higher than 18psi.
  17. Check the spark plug condition and if they are sparking. Check the cam timing is still correct
  18. I tuned one today roughly the same power on 18psi
  19. Knock maps dont really work buddy. That tune is beyond safe at 11.0. What turbo are u running again
  20. I'll take it. Pm me so i can arrange payment tomorow
  21. Full dyno sheet please. When did this come on full boost
  22. One day u will make ur mind up and keep a motor for more than a month.
  23. Neesan there is not advantage to that. Nur's point is a dual fuel, 1 for race fuel 1 for normal octane. Only uses the race fuel on wot basically
  24. Love it. Made me think a little when i had to set up a 4D fuel map. Is very nice to use
