  5. I wouldnt say thats full boost at 5000 i would say 4500
  6. Which cylinder do u think is causing the loud tick? Can u try disconnecting the suspect cylinder/s coil pack when its running and see if the noise is still audible. Also try disconnecting the VTC solenoid and see if the noise is still audible
  7. Did u try a bigger feeler gauge then .3mm? Did u find any that the .3mm was really loose under? Was there any abnormal wear marks on any of the cam lobes?

  10. A tip to the R 31. Braking mid corner is a bad idea, it unsettles the car and may make u spin. As u now know
  11. I wouldnt use these ebay nissan coils. Had a customer use Some. Was going good till we got to 18psi and one of the coils split in half. They had nissan logo's and looked genuine but didnt last a dyno session
  12. it would be hitting differet load points in 2nd on the dyno unless running a really slow ramp rate
  13. Most ebc if u turn the gain up it helps to hold the boost from dropping off. But if urs is not reaching the desired boost in higher gears then i would try running open loop so it uses duty cycle only. Why dont u like the link boost control?
  14. Because it only does it when its cold its more likely to be lifters. The tick goes away once the oil pressure has built up. U could try a engine oil flush to help remove any build up inside the lifters that are letting them bleed down. But a few people dont like engine oil flushes as they loosen up other foreign material and gunk inside the motor
  15. Have a really good look at the front mount cooler piping, it may be a split silicone joiner or a pipe may have rubbed through near the battery tray etc. Where are u located?
  16. I was very dissapointed in the m7960 that i setup on a 180 2 weeks ago. Wastegate isnt big enough so ran 18psi minimum. And the power nosed over at 6500rpm and made 250kw in a SR20. I dont think it would be very suited on a rb25. Very sexy looking turbo tho
  17. The 32 rb26 is basically a plug and play into a 32 gtst
  18. 800cc on e85 with a single walbro was maxed on a customers sr20 at 300kw. U should go the id 2000cc for later upgrades.
