I recommend leaving all wiring in the car unless u are building a time attack car.
I have been there and done that and i spent a full weekend stripping wiring for a couple of kg gain. The time it takes its not worth it.
Just tape them up and make it look nice
Hahaha yep.
Got some great results but car has really bad comp surge coming onto boost. Tried a few things but 11:55pm finish was enough for me last night.
Before we touch the tune up again we need to get the vtc working.
And sort out why it comp surges so drastically on higher boost at low rpm. Hammers after that
I didnt install the turbo or touch the actuator.
Im not afraid of running big boost on stock motors, u can tell from my own cars. 22psi rb26.
I love the midrange Nd power curve of the ss1. But it is tuned with a safety factor
Also no magic was done on this car. Ramp rate was 15km per second which is a fairly light rate. I can ramp it harder to make it look more responsive on paper but i dont
Had a big day with Kasko, made some decent results but will let him tell the story.
At the end but im very impressed with the ss1. Drives really nice, spins the tyres and sounds awesome
