  1. Does it blow excessive smoke when driving? Have u tried disconnecting ir replacing the 02 sensor on the dump pipe?
  2. Check the continuity between the Tx Rx clock 12v and earth pins on the consult port and the ecu
  3. The calibration can be changed by changing the jumper settings on the back of cluster.
  4. Had an auto 34 neo DET come in today with a suspected blown turbo. Wont make boost and a very loud howl from the turbo. After pulling the intake off the turbo i found this I first thought WTF. This thing was jammed in the turbo really tight. After some investigation i found its actually from the pod filter This car had a fair few issue's, had to fit splitfires to fix an ignition breakdown and error code, then the fuel pump was lazy so upgraded to a walbro and beefed up the wiring. End result was 185kw 13psi with stock ecu
  5. Best to actually drive car to warm it up. Drive with very light throttle. Light load. Dont labour the engine. Op- can u explain the noise. Is it a tick or a knock
  6. Also all these runs are with absolute minimum preload on the wastegate to help bring the boost down
  7. Its not blakes old turbo. Roy at 4750 there is a missfire, i have fitted splitfires which sorted the constant miss, and a few other things but there is a miss at 4750 everytime. The dyno rpm scale isnt perfect guys. Working off roller speed
  8. Well the internal gate 20g sucked balls last night. Well it did perform well except it was running 21psi minimum. This on 98 octane, We got it up to around 280kw. We tried everything to back the boost down, even had the wastegate flap off and was lazy onto boost but then ran 21psi after 5000. Ill post sheet up later

  11. Are u sure the f2 button isnt stuck on causing the logging to stop?
  12. U may need a mew cas bracket also. I have had one car give countless issue's which was caused by a welded up cas bracket. If it isnt perfect the disc inside the cas may not be running true to the optical sensor
  13. The missfire at high revs sounds like an ignition breakdown, try gapping the spark plugs to .8mm otherwise u may need new coilpacks

  17. He has fitted my AFM's from my car. The fuel in his tank is 2years old
  18. All good man, just bring i with u and we will plug it in on the dyno. If it was z32 we would have to check the FICD wiring depending which series ur rb25 is

  21. Clockwise (in) to lower idle speed, anticlockwise (out) ti raise idle speed
  22. Also checkif the stock intake pipe from the airfilter to turbo isn't sucking shut when power dips
  23. The 800's need the rail to be lowered slightly. And yes the plugs need to be changed too
