  1. Get 500kohm resistors to bypass knock sensors. Wire it in near the ecu. Is probably running on the knock maps
  2. Did u tell NIStune what injectors and AFM ur car currently has?
  3. I have seen the weird cas adjustment before, check the bracket that holds the cas to the head, see if its cracked. Can u borrow a cas from someone to try, is ur coolant temp sensor wired in to the stock ecu
  4. Have u used a wideband to see if its leaning out like u say? Is it missfiring? Is the boost dropping off, is the cat blocked?
  5. By like u mean sound like a tractor, have 4 cylinders and have 1 turbo. If thats what u mean then yeah... Like haha
  6. I suggested that but he welded the blocking plate back on so still running the 3 bolt flange. He thinks he will gain a fair bit. Will see when i tune it
  7. Put the motor on a crate and send it to Donny at SR NRG. Extremely good prices and gaurenteed work. I'm sending an s15 motor there this week. Send him an email and say DVS JEZ recommended him to u [email protected]
  8. I have recommended the stockers but it has hard piping kit from the turbo's and will need modifying to work. Trav drain the fuel then get the car registered, then bring it over and ill see what i can do, We may even try fitting the standard fuel rail just to eliminate the new one, as u said it never did it before

  11. I will be tuning an internal td06 20g next week, but this one is different, the customer has removed alot of material to make the flow alot better out of the normally poor flowing gate.

  18. Start boost too high makes the boost raise and then drop back to set boost
  19. 10 before, 0 after dropped start boost also
  20. Excellent mate, let us know what power she makes. Oh and by the way Damn your car for scarring me for life. If u look closely u can see the burn marks into my thumb that look like a allen head bolt
  21. Ok mate no problems. New dyno will arrive thursday, hoist will arrive monday, Wont be fully setup but i can still tune a few till the driveways done
  22. I have had a lot of catalytic converters drop power these days. Sarge did we drop the exhaust on ur car when tuning? What cat is Stao running?
  23. I really doubt u will detonate at half throttle
