  2. Correct, they dont normally hve that sticker on them. Post a pic of the other side of the r32 f type where the pins have been soldered. See if the solder looks factory or not.
  3. Thats normal. Is that the only issue? If there was a vacuum leak then the vacuum on the gauge wouldnt be as strong

  7. GTSBOY have u tried wiring in S2 coilpacks? Ive never thought of trying it???
  8. Use a small chisel and carefully tap it inbetween the sump and the block. Then tap it around following the sump around and this wil break the bond. Be carefull but so u dont damage the sump
  9. Can u post up a pic of the vacuum line ur talking about? The cooler pipe line is before the throttle body so it wint really affect ur gauge reading after the throttle body. If that makes sense? What do u mean by a sewing machine? Try upping the gain to 15, set the boost warning to 15psi. Watch the boost gauge and see if it holds flat or if it oscillates up and down
  10. Scrarching my head - so u connected it to the boost gauge sensor? Or the stock boost solenoid near the turbo? U need to run it from the cooler pipe to the NEW boost controller solenoid then to the wastegate. Then T into a vacuum/boost source such as the stock boost gauge sensor on firewall and run that one into the cabin into the boost controller
  11. If the timing is too reterded it is alot harder for the spark to ignite the fuel.
  12. Post a pic up of how bad it is. Also have u tried flushing the coolant? Might be a rust or corrosion buildup
  13. We have a 32 shell with rb20 needing headgasket. And put back together. No interior besides dash but no cluster. We can have it running and rb25 turbo etc for extra. Pm me if ur keen

  22. The pull type clutches have a spring clip and pin u have to release from inside the clutch fork boot. Have a google to see how to do it
  23. What coilpacks does it have? What spark plugs.
  24. Haha dude this car is built at home. That includes a by eye wheel alignment. I honestly dont want to get a wheel alignment and do other mods because it handled exactly how i like. But i ordered the gate and extra lock spacers so i have to get it done before wakefield on the 8th. Im hoping the 44mm gate will do what i need even with a 38mm pipe from the manifold
