  1. Have u tried recalibrating the wideband?
  2. Put ur old coilpacks in to test
  3. Gss 342 and gss341. Difference is the position of the outlet. One is in the middle the other is offset. Same flow etc.
  4. Check the hicas ecu in the boot under the parcel shelf. Make sure its plugged in properly. As this is the speed sensitive steering. Without it the steering goes 50% heavier. Also check the power steering pressure switch
  5. Try a new set of spark plugs first. Gap them to .8mm then retry
  6. Im yet to have issue's. Always used them. Just like everything though im sure there is bad experiences out there

  9. Nice. Ill get the vtc sorted too. This car isnt going to be registered so its abit hard to do any on road testing. Ill post up some vids from thursday trackday. I have a R32 GTR rear cradle but i cant be stuffed to fit it with offset bushes etc. Just wanna drive it.

  13. Ebc is Probably needed but its a very low budget car just to show with the right choices what results can be made. Lithium u are probably right, tho im gonna try 18-20psi anyway Even before i tuned this car properly i could tell by testing it at home that this turbo and combo was impressive. For it to light 3rd gear up without full throttle i was very impressed

  16. I always use braided lines, i remove the standard metal part of the coolant pipe from around the back of the head, cut it and get a fitting brazed on. Then i can connect my braided line to it and then refit the metal pipe back into the stock rubber hose behind the head. This way has always worked well on rb25's but rb20's have a 2 metal brackets behind the head and can be extremely hard to remove
  17. Is the engine still missfiring with the new spark plug? Have u done a compression test?
  18. Im on E85 but Micko. Also this is without VCT as i dont have the speedo connected yet
  19. If theres power at the coilpacks, use an led test light to see if they are pulsing when cranking, If no Use led test light to see if there is a pulse before the ignitor. This test will tell u if the ecu is outputting a signal to the ignitor and if the ignitor is recieving and outputting a signal to the coils. If pulse before ignitor but none out need new ignitor. No pulse before ignitor ecu, cas or wiring issue Is the tacho moving when u crank?
  20. R32 RB25DET series 2 Stock engine with 740cc nismo injectors. Z32 AFM in coole piping, return flow front mount cooler. Kando dynamics TD06 20G SL2 on ebay highmount manifold turbo smart 35mm gate (too small need 44mm). BSA Customs 3inch straight through exhaust with hooker muffler. Tuned on caltex Eflex E70. Had a missfire and will need splitfire coilpacks and more boost once i have a bigger gate. Boost was 11psi creeping to 15psi
  21. No boost controller, 35mm turbosmart gate courtesy of BSA. Boost creep from 11-15 (need a 44mm gate) power and torque just kept climbing. And thats with a missfire from the coilpacks. Will get some split fires but for the time been im going to drift it on thursday before i do any more mods such as a bigger and better gate and a decent boost controller. I think with a flat 20 psi this thing will be even more insane. I cant believe the torque didnt ever nose over, Ok the top line is AFR 2nd line is power 3rd line is torque 4th green line is power kw Sorry about the RPM i was revving to 7000 roughly. EDIT: this is WITHOUT VCT. As i dont have a speed signal connected yet

  24. Missfire and boost controller issue's. Borrowed BSA's turbotech boost T and its inconsistent and not Holding as u can see by the power and torque wave
