It takes a very strong cooling system (ie not an old engine with 20yr old rubber hoses under the plenum) to handle 1.3bar pressure
Mainly cheapy catco's and de cat. Most people wont spend the money on big $$$ cats so havent had an to test.
Most go for de-cats. * on race cars ofcourse
Without reading the whole thing. This happens if u miss out a washer the idler pulley. Or accidentally added a washer to the idler pulley.
Check the alignment if the idler and tensioners. Adjust as required
