  1. Recheck all cooler pipes. Every single one. Loosen and check theyre on correctly then re tighten. Also check the intake to the turbo
  2. Whats caltex gold? How long have u had the car? Octane booster stays in the system for while.
  3. Find out if they can be disabled so they dont show a Diagnostic Trouble Code DTC
  4. Lets all just buy kando's Sarge our dyno doesnt read low it just reads accurate When we tune ur car maybe we can prove all these haters wrong. Oh another thing, lets all meet up at the drags so we can seperate the men from the boys.

  8. That is correct no doubt, it may just be the difference between dyno's but we cant back the numbers up thats all. The ss1.5 i installed and made sure everything was done correctly including the 3inch intake etc. Its nice to drive sounds wicked but just didnt quite have the top end he was hoping for.

  10. Midread sorry. So why does he change correction factors? All on same dyno same correction etc 2835 made 277kw full boost 3200 Ss2 made 244kw 19psi Ss1.5 made 259 19psi but didnt back it up. Ran 246 next Atr43g3 made 232 kw 19psi maxed stock injectors at 6000rpm. This one feels strong as now with bigger injectors only road tuned but. Very curious to see what it makes

  12. Excellent. I have a series 2 nistune in z32 ecu inmy drifter so i can use that to see if i can get the cold start right on ur car. What i meant with the coolant sensor is to trick the ecu to think the car is warmer so it wont add as much fuel on cold start to see if it helps. Might be the other way though and need more fuel. Trial and error

  14. 2835 = full boost 3200rpm max 280kw so far. (rounded up 3kw for u Dave, dont tell anyone )

  16. I understood that much. Where can i get these boxes? I wanna trial a custom trigger disc in the stock cas but want it for nistune and power fc which cant change from nissan optical
  17. Sarge try taking fuel out of the under 10degree area(or wherever the temp is sitting) before u start it with the coolant temp sensor connected.
  18. Its very possibly the hot fuel. U can run a fuel cooler if u want to try. Or take a spare fuel pump
  19. Any one smart enough to work out how much play in the spline equates to 10 degrees on the trigger disc?
  20. Hmmm i wonder if its only because of the kelford cams. Fairly easy to test if it only requires a bit of rag to take the slop out.
  21. Are u sure there is no pin on wire 52??? Z32 and rb25 both series have the same pinout and they all should have pin 52 as pin 2 on the CAS. Ill check the colour of the wire in 10 when i walk past my drifter with series 2 25
  22. If u set the ignition table to 0 and hold the revs up u can hear the turbo start spooling with no load. 0 degree's timing probably wont drive the best though

  24. Its very easy to drill into the head by accident. U could try to seal it up i guess. Bit of a tricky one
