  1. I too would like to know that, as I am very keen on a G2. more I'd love to see back to back tests of a TR43 G1 vs G2 on a 2.5lt running the same PSI i think a highflow miight be a better option (price wise) then a a Tr43 G1. but a G2 better then a highflow (power wise). please correct me as i dont wanna do this twice. regards Chris
  2. why use the sc14, if it's CMRS. its more likely to be a M90 or M62 off a calais or ford lightning.
  3. i think the key is torque and gob fulls of it. the bara will destroy a stock turboed 33/34 esp with a rolling start
  4. yep they do, just don't go hard springs like the JIC coil overs i had. unless u enjoy a teeth rattling ride.
  5. oh chucky your a bloody life saver. how is that Stagea of yours going BTW?
  6. i think you missed the point, i do not have the rail or the injector to measure. but if some 1 could put a set of verniers on 1 i would be forever greatfull. regards Chris
  7. Hello, i was hoping some 1 could please measure the inside / out side diameters of stock R34 injector O rings/insulators. PS this aint to fix a leaky injector so i'm not going to Nissan. cheers for your help Chris
  8. me thinks it was a very happy dyno then. my R34 with powerFC manages 255HP atw on 14psi sooo i highly doubt it.
  9. oh i see, no probs either way atleast it will give u an idea of what trucks/cars u can target for 2nd hand parts
  10. therefore look out for dodge Ram's 1994-current
  11. http://www.turbomaster.info/eng/catalogs/holset.php there ya go ppl, i love this website it lists all the OEM's and all the part numbers for all the spares too
  12. even better leave the speakers out, and put twice as good speakers in the front were YOU sit. i hate having the sound coming from behind me. but thats just me, depends how much u really like your passengers. chris
  13. http://www.ozicozi.com.au/index.htm that might help you guys
  14. No the flow doubles not the pressure
  15. oh k cool, yeah i had a feeling that they might say that. good luck with it.
  16. just go to Nissan, they cost about $2 each but if u goto Repco dont beleive them if they try and tell you that R31 studs are the same length. cos they aint.
  17. hey they would be more then capable of doing it, actually it would be quite interesting to see how much they would charge to do it (they are not cheap, but do beutiful work). PM me the price out of curiosity if you do head over there. I would imagion since you already have 1 that u want copied to copy it in Mild steel. from my experience with industrial fabricating mild steel is always a min of half the price in materials and 2/3 the price in labour and processing. That and if Mild steel cracks any 1 can grab a mig or arc and weld it up. Where stainless is a pain in the ass, but it serves its purposes well. Saying this if it was for a dump pipe you might find that BCA is more worth while as 1 of the blokes there has R33 that you might be able to get him to do it so he has 1. I also doubt copying it would be cheaper then buying a complete new off the shelf part. remember icy cold beer makes friends lol chris
  18. now seeing this I'm torn between high flowing my Neo turbo and getting an TR43 G2, they both appear to acheive the same kw. Stao, which would have better response between a high flowed Neo 450Hp and TR43 G2 on a RB25. As if i remember correctly there is roughly a $300 difference between the 2 for the configuration that i wanted. also which 1 would have more head room for future upgrades. regards Chris
  19. Hey mate, depending on what type of work u need done. i can think of many btw all of the below are industrial fab shops but all are Beer drinkers u will find BCA - (Brads a top bloke) can do TIG welding, but no in house machining Heller Sable - great machinist's can do fab work as well (chris & Bassie are great too although probly not interested in 1 off's) PT metal works/ PT powder coaters - no personal experiece with the fab side but very very competitive for sand blasting and powder coating J&L engineering - machine shop only fantastic for 1 off items that need that personal touch (george is the nicest man you will ever meet) Proserve /stainless solutions - specialise in any thing out of stainless ACORN - good for any thing out of sheet metal theres alot more around Malaga but there the 1's have had good experiences with. regards Chris
  20. hey looks good, looks sorta like my LMGT1's that i had rebuilt with polished lips and gloss black centers.
  21. All NA cars are loud because the turbo stops the exhaust resonating.
  22. silver GT, you are only correct if it was a short lenght. i was under that impression with my R34. i used 4g and i could barely start the car there was that much current drop. i went 0g and its perfect. do it once do it right
  23. what bout good old annealed copper pipe and put a few flex joints in it?
  24. ok operation Group buy is gonna still go ahead. cos i know for a fact i can do this for alot cheaper with new fuel rails and every thing.
  25. buy a 2nd hand small air compressor and a air die grinder. will be 10x better.
