hey all, is there any difference between the r32 turbo gear box and the n/a box, doin turbo convertion and wanted to keep my box(cuz im a cheep ass).do they line up and every thing and are just not as strong?? cheers dazz

well in the tradin post today there was lots of rb20det's wif looms computer and gear boxes for around the 1400 mark and it u have all this is just a straight bolt in. and the only other thing u will need is a turbo fuel pump.correct me if im wrong. and seen as the car is also made wif the turbo motor it wouldnt be very hard to get it legal. all u would need is the turbo brakes. and i got my car from an importer for a low price so i still see it as cheeper to do this than to sell it but for others it maybe different. and one with any corrections to my post please feel free to state the facts as i maybe wrong,cheers

na i just wanted some thing simple (rb20det) in sted of the rb20de.all i can think of that is different is the brakes,other than the loom ect witch i plan to buy wif the turbo motor.

bash a smaller (old) socket on to it. or tack weld a bar on to the nut

hey all. ive got a non turbo 32 4 door,and my plan was to get it all complyed and then change the motor ova to a turbo,now if i get defected in the future and have to go to get it inspected are they goin to crack the shits becouce theres a turbo motor in there,or will they be all cool wif it becouse there is r32 4 doors that came out like that???even tho mine didnt????? i thought they would be all ok wif it but now im not so sure? cheers any help would be good or any one who has done the same.

im sure u have all seen the hpi videos,they show you around the pits of drift avents theres some cars wif funny lil pictures drawn on them and weird stickers and just stupid things u dont see in australia,well i havnt any way

has any one got any pics of the pit area of a japanese drift event?? just want to see what kinds of things they do to there cars,and just weird japanese things that we wouldnt see here in oz, cheers

worked fine on my old nissan et turbo? got it of a mate already done,neva had a problem wif it,but make sure u paint it as the cops dont look to kindly on ppl using plumbing things in the engine bay,lol

gday all im new to the forum so i hope this is all where its suposed to be and my spelling ant that bad... how do the japanese get that cool drift look from the tyres?is it just a case of fitting smaller tyres on wider rims or what? does this increase handeling? and finaly is it very hard to get the tyre to stay on and not slip of the beed all the time, cheers ps i hope u all no what im even talkin about,i would up pics up but i think u should all no.
