i've had my front bar cut and it looks great... i didn't plastic weld like AL as i am going to modify my front bar a little more... i'll post pics when i take 'em...

good stuff ed same thing happened with my insurance, dropped from $2500 to $1500 :P

it's up to you... i found a place that had decent prices and could do the installation and dyno tuning for me, so i did the all in one supply/fit/tune option... if you interested in the place I got mine done (since your in melb too) PM me.

thats a nice little package i've got an avcr (@ 9 psi), safc II, hybrid monster cooler, fujitsubo cat back and a k&n filter in the standard airbox (no snorkel) and i'm making 180rwkw i think the trust clear cam cover can fit on an RB25 (check nengun's web site)

can't recommend a place for you (i'm in melb) but i have an SAFC II and it is great

i have not noticed any increase in lag over the stock cooler (using a hybrid monster kit)... i am running the stock turbo @ 9psi...

yeah i got it installed at a workshop (N1)... all fmics with pipes that do not use the factory return are installed pretty much the same way, i don't know if anyone here has been defected for them... i think you are in danger of a canary if there has been major cutting (which to install a hybrid kit there is no major cutting)...

amen to that... danny did a fantastic job on my car, and he integrated my tt with my alarm... very thorough and neat job

i've got a hybrid cooler... damn fine cooler - yes the fan blades are cut, haven't noticed any difference... will most likely go for a thermo fan in the future... - yes a hole is cut to allow piping, but that is the same for all fmics with the pipe not returning to the stock location - don't know about bending the chassis, even if it is bent i don't think it's much, i can't see any bent chassis on my car though... - the blitz cooler's return pipe hangs under the front bar which is bad if your car is lowered like mine (i know cause i was thinking about getting one) it's really for the r34...
