  1. What are the offsets?
  2. Yo, buy my car! R32 needs a big turbo!
  3. Couple of pics from last Satdee's drift prac with the GTR bar and Nissan 4dr skirts, and without the wing. Driving straight at a drift practice!? <--- Awful line... Looks much tougher now On the hunt for 4dr rear pods now! Preferably silver *Looks at andylaurel*
  4. You need 2 camber kits, adjustment in both sides of the upper arms.
  5. Well this didn't turn out like I had hoped...
  6. What sort of seperator do they have at the wastegate? Half moon style?
  7. Bolt on type dont need longer studs (you might even have to cut them shorter if your wheel doesn't have the recesses in the back), but I dont think they make 10mm bolt ons, not enough meat to hold the studs. The thinnest I've seen is 15mm with 20mm being much more common. Just Jap sell the 15mm ones and they are hub centric which is helpful
  8. If you guys are after a place to machine grooves into shocks, Manta Racing is SA's Bilstein distributer and will machine the grooves for you.
  9. From what I've seen of the wheel alignment machines I've used. +ve has always been toe in, but I think Beer Baron had the opposite experience...
  10. Hmm, interesting. When I wheel aligned my car Friday night, I set camber to 3.1 or so and then when I finished (after castor adjustment) it actually increased static camber to 3.25. Thinking about it a bit more pulling the LCA foward makes it a bit more parallel to the upper arm (as it's on a ~30deg angle facing backwards) and effectively makes it longer. This is just me thinking about aloud at the moment though... Because of the angle of the upper arm, when you shorten it, it pulls the top of the upright towards the back of the car, so you increase castor by a fair bit aswell as camber. Well this has been my experience anyway and me thinking about it a bit more makes a bit of sense to me, so good enough for me
  11. Nothing holding the rotors on, keep whackin with a mallet or get a small bolt and use that to lift it away from the hub with one of the holes. The bit nut and split pin is for your drive shaft.
  12. Nice review. Have you thought about putting this on NS.com? I think a fair few people there would be interested in your results.
  13. Why so little castor? Stock specs are 6.5 +/- 0.75deg. Increasing castor a lot could solve your front wondering around problem. Something seems a bit weird if you've got the upper arms set short enough to get 3.4deg camber and you've still dont have much castor. When I've gone from 1.5deg camber to 3deg, I've found I usually gain another degree of castor. With the twitchy rear on braking, maybe try a bit more toe in?
  14. I just went to ABS. Any specialist brake place should be able to get it done.
  15. Yes they will fit. I have 17x8 +32 and 17x9 +37 and they fit very well. Depending on your camber, you may need to lip the guards, but it clears all the suspension well.
  16. I had this problem a while back, I couldn't find anything except for the URAS shoes which I thought were a bit much, so I just got mine rebonded for $60. Does the job so I'm happy.
  17. Ah, I thought it might be something like that. Now just have to set aside a couple of hours to use the wheel aligner... If you opt for a different amount of toe on the rear, do you have to change it again?
  18. How do you adjust the Whiteline camber bushes while on the car? With the upper control arm I just use the standard camber pins, but I'm not too sure I can see a way to adjust the traction arm bush?
  19. Front will hit the upright. I had 18x8 +38 on the front once and there was only a couple of mm clearance.
  20. Looks pretty clean inside, I like it Next mods should RB25 turbo or a pair of swaybars. Both are great, and dont effect drivability much, easy to install and overall, CHEAP!
  21. I would choose the 255/35 as it's very close to the stock rolling diameter. And there is a big difference in tyres between the RT615 and GS-D3. The Falken is more of a motorsports tyre (not quite an R-compound though) compared to the Goodyear which is just a street tyre. You have to decide whether you want your tyres to last longer or have more grip.
  22. More recent pics of it lowered up now
