  1. i've fitted 215/45R17 onto 9" rims before, bit harder to blow up than normal, but still do able, not approved though. quite stretched though
  2. 1.5cm tear should be able to be fixed with a bead sealer. definitely worth a shot anyway
  3. sorry dude, but 235 is way too big for a 7" rim. it can be done, but really shouldnt be. according to the tyre manufacturers, 235s should go on an 8.5" rim, and they will then sit dead flush with the rim. 235 on a 9 is just a tiny bit stretched. drift limo: are your rims upside-down rims? if they are, beads get ripped tryin to strip tyres off when theyre not mounted on the machine upside down. just a thought
  4. ok, i just spent the past 30mins searchin and come up with nothing, and i know ive seen the answer before so i just need someone to tell me real quick what turbo elbow do i have to use for the vg30 turbo? will the rb25 one fit? cheers, showza
  5. you can get the same pod that will bolt straight up to rb20/25, z32 afms, ive got one, so do a lot of other people
  6. the bead sealer (pretty much a glue) is very effective with smaller imperfections on the bead, weve used it a lot at my work (tyrepower). but for something 15cm long, im not sure... you could get another place to give it a go. tell them that its only for track work though, cos they dont really like doin stuff like that. i dont see how they would've had so much trouble breakin the bead though, ive got 235/40R18s on 10" rims and the bead is incredibly easy to break
  7. just a pair of blown shocks?
  8. your not actually sposed to put 235/40R18 on a 10" rim. anything they do cant be guaranteed, they should've told you this first. but i dont think theres anything you can do about it. they may be able to put some bead sealer on the damaged area, but it depends on how bad the damage is
  9. bump
  10. ive got work 18x9 and 18x10 euroline PM me an offer

  16. upper arm bushes http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=85467
  17. from friction point to fully engaged the stroke is really short for button clutches. a bit of a pain to drive on the street. get a ceramic cushioned button, much more drivable and still grip really well compared to an organic. only a little less grippy than a solid button
  18. 6x s15 rims (5 good ones, 1 pair with gutter rash) 1 set = $300 (no rash) 1 pair = $170 (no rash) 1 pair = $100 (with rash) $400 for the lot selling cos ive got too many s15 rims and dont really like drifting on 16s anymore PM or 0422255843
  19. hmm, yeah, i was also thinkin that the pineapples were just a 'bandaid'. i will most probly leave the bushes in the neutral (all round) position, so this probly means that noltec bushes are the best idea... car sees usual drift practices and comps, and will be goin to circuit days soon will pineapples still do the job if the stock rubber bushes are rooted?
  20. ok, sweet. cheers fellas
  21. ah k, so i guess id want to set them up anti-squat aswell instead of neutral?
