  1. well if your still using the stock CA pump... its by far not enough...
  2. 18x7.5" advanti racing rims (pretty light) good condition, no dish, polished lip. got all centre caps no tyres (can get some run of the mill 2nd hand ones...) 5x114.3 +40 (i think) not sure if it will clear big calipers (ie R32 etc), but i can try em on my car if your genuinely keen (R32). can get more pics if theyre wanted after $800ono MAKE AN OFFER set of S15 rims (16x6.5 +45) little bit of gutter rash and could use a clean front tyres are 205/55 bridgestone potenza G3s, 50% tread, not bad tyres back tyres are 225/50 bridgestone B530, worn on inside edge, but 40% on rest of tyre drift the rears...
  3. roy.... that is SO helpful its not funny... ive been wonderin how to wire in the resistor pack for so long... and now i can do it thanks roy!
  4. yeah, same with mine. you can bolt it up backwards and it will fit, but only 2 bolts will line up... i was told a CA crossmember will fit properly too
  5. sold pending payment
  6. cusco adjustable upper arms (rear) suit r32, s13, a31, c33 etc not the best condition, but not bent or anything selling cos im happy with the amount of camber ive got on the back now so dont really need these. good for people that chew through back tyres like theres no tomorrow cos of too much camber after $220 PM, post or 0422255843 cheers, showza
  7. count the number of threads, or measure from the bottom to the collar, and make sure theyre the same on both sides.
  8. i fit 18x9 +30 rims on the back and it just clears the guards without any modifications. on the front ive got 18x8 +30 but i had to pull the inner guards out and lip the guards may have less troubles for you as you wont lower your car heaps
  9. when you put em in, set em at the same length as your stock rods and then go and get a wheel alignment asap and get em to set it up like you want, ie, how much castor you want. and is there anything wrong with em? $70 is damn cheap
  10. yep, to find height adjustment, look at the spring seat (the cricular platform that the spring sits on) and see if there is thread there if there is thread, unlock the locking collar (if there is one) and then wind the spring seat down. some coilovers dont have height adjustment at the spring seat, but have locking collars underneath and a helper spring though, but still, lower the collars and will lower the car, raise them and it raises the car
  11. theyre not height adjustable there may be a little knob on top to adjust the damper, doesnt look like theres one at the base of the shock if not, theyre not adjustable
  12. you should machine the rotors before puttin new pads in though. just to make sure that the surface is completely flat it will make everything last longer
  13. remapping is about changing the fuel maps and ignition and such resetting it will not change your fuel maps resetting is completely different to remapping
  14. search dude, this has been covered a heap even look in the sticky for rb20 turbo upgrades and the top rb20 turbo club, this will give you an idea too
  15. yes, but if you may aswell just get R32 coilovers
  16. good links very informative, a lot more technical than how stuff works or the like, which is good. thanks
  17. ah, i think busky2k is dead on the ball. as the revs rise the pressure in the plenum drops because more air is bein sucked in. if revs rise too fast then, the positive pressure is bein cancelled by the negative pressure in the plenum this sounds right to me anyway. anyone else got any theories on this one? and trust33, i dont think its about the momentum thing.... cos you will build boost faster in 5th than you will in 2nd, and in these gears your definitely not starting from a stop, so you have the momentum there
  18. how does a greater load create greater air flow in though? if you have your foot to the floor, the cylinder will be completely filled with air and fuel, so i dont see how there can be such a difference in boost response. not arguing cos there obviously is a difference, just after a technical explanation is all. thanks
  19. howdy guys im wonderin why a car will boost sooner with a greater load? ie in a higher gear it will hit boost sooner than in a lower gear, and very little boost at all in neutral no matter the rpm. can anyone give me an explanation of why this is? or link me to somewhere that can tell me as i am pretty interested in this thanks guys
  20. DAMN IT!!! i just bought a Z32 afm for $220 without the plug! wanna sell the plug?
  21. get braided lines and have you got the compressor outlet elbow?
  22. im talkin about when you put the discopotatos internals in. should only be as laggy as the stock vg30 turbo, maybe a bit heavier due to heavier/bigger wheels
  23. i should only be as laggy as the vg30 turbo with the highflow as the A/R is the biggest factor of when it will boost. did your bro find it laggy with just the stock VG30 turbo?
  24. on the front the overall diametre wont really affect anything, your car will be 10mm lower at the front from the small diametre. and 225s on the back of 32 rims is the same as runnin 225s on the back of 33 rims... theyre the exact same size, offset etc etc
