Im currently making 380kw @20 psi from the gt-ss turbos with the 2.8 Tomei engine kit in my gtr. My tunner said i am having problems with the electronic boost controller as it is having problems holding boost over 20 psi. Im happy with the performance at the moment @20 psi but will eventually get a new controller for it.

Yeah lol, wasn't payin attention at first had the music up a bitt when i saw you the first time at the other set of lights, traffic was a bit noisy at times then saw a that red 34 GTT fly past aswell.

Maroon r32 on Belconnen way this morning around 8am

Silver r32 coming into fyshwick DFO side with big NISMO sticker on front window. Gave a wave but couldn't see if i got one back windows were a bit dark.

Blue R33 going into Belconnen Mall carpark. I was driving out, gave a nod got one back.

Good stuff. After 14 months you would be happy getting the car back on the road. Mines been off the road almost 2 yrs, it's been a slow process . Hopefully be all done in the next month or so.

But let me just say Kat's about to have noooo money!!! I can relate. I purchased the Tomei 2.8L kit a couple of months ago for mine plus other goodies and the cash flow is still pretty low (thats GTR's for ya). But no doubt i'll still spend more money on it in the future. It's nearly all put back together can't wait to turn the key and hear it rumble.

Slowly but surley we will get there guys just need some patience can't rush these things. There the joys of modifying our rides.

Looks like anther good day was had at the dyno day. Will have to try and make the next one. Slowly putting my engine back together hopefully get it done by the end of the year if all goes well.

Will hopefully have my engine in and run in by the next event/dyno day. It was a good turn out and the weather was great all the cars there looked pretty good. I rocked up a bit late that morining (Frikin' got called into work for a bit). Spewin' i missed the Phatass run on the dyno must have sounded wicked? Is there any video footage of the day?

If i was good with a computer i would. Need a pro who knows what there doing for a reqest like mine i think.

Might be hard to do but maybe trying some how morphing all the skylines from one model to the next like the architects/artisits do when desiging a proto type of a new model of car, if thats makes any sense?

Hopefully if i get my car put back together and on the road before said dates, the Saturday option looks good. Coast, Kangaroo Valley, Cotter all good locations, just as long as its a good drive. Haven't been on a drive for a long time due to work commitments. Would be good to meet up with everyone and cruise.

Congrats on the new purchase LadyBytes. They are are great car to drive. Looks very neat & tidy might be biased but i think silver is the best looking colour on the GTR. Just get used to the feel of it in stock form for a bit before you go crazy with adding mods, ive found a bit of a difference going from a GTST to a GTR i still handle the car with care even after a year of owning it. Don't want to hear someone on here having had a bad experience or worse. Just the simplest of mods makes the GTR more of a weapon. Drive safe and enjoy the ride.

Same thing is happening with my fan. It has seized up and won't turn on. Found out my fan wasn't working when i went to get the aircon checked out maybe it could be related??

At this stage i think i might be doing a formal that night too for a friend of a friend (awaiting confirmation). Any one here driving or going to be there?

Spotted a purple R33 gtr in Fyshwick NSW plates i think. Gave a thunbs up got a wave back.

I'm going to be a spectator this time as the car is not tuned properly and i don't want it to go bang while on the rollers. Got it booked in on the following Monday for some tuning. Maybe next time.

What time does it start? Might drive by and have a look.

As for Mines computers. As far as I know they are virtually untunable. They are mostly used in conjunction with other hardwear like Apexi SAFC's for example. So I might have to think about getting something easier to tune like a power fc. Seems to be a popular choice for the gtr's. Might wait till i get back from overseas and see how much money i have left.
