Since ive had it, it has been kept in undercover parking at home AND at work. Clarion deck with pioneer splits in the back. POD Filter GREAT for someone on their P's. Only has rego till May 8th, but i can provide buyer with pink slip at MY expence, no worries! Hey guys, im new to the forum, and owning a R32 GTS aswell Ive been skimming through the forums and seems that people just love helping out others so i thought id see if i can get some too. Been having a few weird problems with my car, and i need to get them fixed as i have been putting it off for the last month or so. I was wondering if there is a mechanic (s) anyone could reccomend on the northern beaches , manly area. Or if anyone wants to try fix the probs themselves feel free LOL. Heres a quick run through of the problems im having: Can barely ever start the car 1st turnover, and i have to give it gas aswell. Sometimes when just idling, the car will turn off, and i have alot of trouble starting it again.then once i do, it will keep doing the same thing, so the only way i can drive the car while it is like this is to keep the revs above 1 grand else the car will stall again. then next time i get in the car again like the next day its back to normal again. Usually when the car is stuffing up i can smell fuel too real strong inside the car. every now and then i can smell fuel when its just driving aswell. Brand new coil packs, and irridium spark plugs have been fitted "apparenty" when i bought the car it JUST had a brand new fuel pump fitted. Fuel pressure has been tested, and seems to be ok, but maybe needs to be re tested?. after the 1st time turning it on in the mornings etc, when i turn it back to acc the car makes this "woop" then a "groan" noise from the engine bay, then after that it ususally starts. So thats about it! Any Help would be greatly appreciated, ive been battling this stuff for quite a while now. Thanks Jacob

ahh wow. ive jsut replaced the coil packs, and sparkplugs with no change so this might be worth having a go of! how much were the valves? or didnt u have to fix anythign

hey guys, My car has been stuffing up as of late. When its cold it seems to crank over easily, but as soon as it warms up, on idle it just stalls and turns off and i cant crank it back over. Im guessing its the earthing problem that i have been reading about but i just wanted to make sure. Today i also put in a set of splitfire coil packs with the same result. Thanks guys, Jacob

hey guys, im looking to get this done ot my car, as i think its playing a huge role in it stalling every time it warms up, and i can never get it started again until its cold :bonk: Im not confident enough to do it myself, so i was wondering if anyone can reccomend me a place to get this done around the manly area of Sydney? Oh and anyone willing to come check it out is welcome LOL! Ive been having alot of troubles with my car as of late, so any help is greatly appreciated.
