    spotted an absolute tit in a white r32. may have been a gtr. no wing, numberplate was 222 *** or something like that. Nismo rims. Lost control on ipswich rd, just before moorooka. mounted the island and started going the wrong way. then did a u turn, and then another u turn, and fishtailed up the road. absolute dipshit. fugly bastard too.....

    Yeah. And at that money, you have a fair few other options as well. Quite happy with the golf myself. It was a toss up between that and the jetta when i was purchasing it, but since i didn't need it to be too practical (have three other cars sitting around to be practical if need be), i was able to pick it on looks. I only get to drive it once a month or so, but it's worth it.

    nice looking 33. looks like it's been looked after. and it's not often you find a r33 with a tow bar.

    cheers for that I am just slowly picking up parts here and there as i come across them, and am not planning on putting them in until i have most of the hardware, to save on install costs, and on time the car is off the road. at the moment haven't decided whether to go with a front facing plenum or not, so just checking that if i do decide to go ahead with it, i won't be wasting money buying side feed injectors.

    on a sidenote, because i didn't want to start a fresh topic, and doing a general search didn't find any result, if I go with a Greddy plenum, do you still retain side feed injectors, or do you have to go top feed? cheers

    Had the same dilemma myself. Jetta has massive storage space, and basically same performance But liked the look of the Gti better, so got the Gti. Great car. Just a shame I couldn't quite stretch the budget for the GPS. They already have mods available for them as well. Might have to get some of the stuff from Britain or Germany though...

    It's an Altise. Does not come with VSC unfortunately. Only the Grande comes with that. ABS, EBD and BA are the standard safety features.

    out of curiosity, how did they get you for a locked diff? were you turning near a cop car or something?

    just bought a power fc.... with no hand controler. tempted to buy this one and sell mine.... will get back to you.

    a laptop is plugged into the pfc to tune it without the handcontroller.
