I probably could, but I am planning on putting in a roll cage in a couple of months, and getting rid of the sunroof would enable me to get an off the shelf item, as oposed to probably having to custom make one, or find a sunroof fitted model roll cage, which I haven't seen advertised yet. the sunroof at the moment doesn't open anyway, just goes up and down, so seeing as I have to get in there anyway, figured I might just get rid of it while I am there.

Hi, Have a r32 fitted with a sunroof. Being 6 foot 3, my head touches the roof every now and again, so I was wondering if anybody has ever just taken their sunroof out to get some more head space? What I was planning to do was to take the roof lining out, motor and everything, and then just permanently fix the sunroof on there, and seal it up with sealant and some glue. And then just to get a non sunroof r32's roof lining, and put that in instead, and hopefully get me those extra few centimetres. Should have just bought a car with no sunroof, i know, but this one came along at the right price, so now am stuck with it, especially since I have spent a bit of money on fitting a rb25 into it. So, has anybdoy ever done this, or do you guys think this is possible? Cheers Miso

Decided not to put it on my car because I am a wuss. $300 Located in Brisbane Will also swap for electronic boost controller, adjustable upper control arms for r32, splitfire coilpacks for rb25 series 1, clutch kit for rb25, r32 gtr headlights or a decent four channel amp, with cash adjustments either way depending on condition/brand. You just get a roadworthy certificate. Then you go to Queensland Transport, they ask you to give them the old plates to send back, and you get new plates. The previous owner gets the remainder of their rego refunded to them, and you pay for new rego.

quick question about the r32 horn bought my r32 with an aftermaket monza wheel, but the horn doesn't work. took the steering wheel apart, and there is only one wire coming out onto the horn at the steering wheel, but the actual steering wheel horn button has plugs for two wires am i missing a wire that is meant to create a loop when pressed, or does the r32 only use one wire to the horn at the steering wheel? hopefully my question makes sense. cheers

Decent priced pfc for both seller and buyer. PFCs should be coming down in price again, as they are once again available new. Limited stocks at the moment, but should increase again soon. Hopefully will have them available for brand new around the $900 mark again soon. Those were the days.

god damn it. that's the about the fourth set of splitfires that have been on here for series 2. sold the series 2 and now have a series 1 engine, and can't find the splitfires second hand anywhere. too much of a tight ass to buy brand new

decided to post whore instead, and give myself another post. access autoworks on here sells them new, same as the rb25 pfcs. PFC he apparently has some on the shelf as well, so shouldn't be a long wait

you can get them new again. just trying to rack my brain where from. they are about $1540 with hand controller, and they were in stock, but just gotta remember which online trader had it. will edit my post as soon as i remember

I stopped reading this thread because i thought i was going to get flamed again, but after working up the courage to have a peak, things seem to have cooled off calling everybody a dickhead probably wasn't the best way to start my post, especially as i have just paid for my qld membership, so will probably meet quite a few of you. just to share with you some of my frustrations, and to show you where your tax dollars are going, i have another 14 year old that i am working with, who in the past 6 months has done $52 000 thousand dollars worth of damage to property ($34 000 to workers cars and roughly $18 000 damage to property). he hasn't even been charged by the organisation, instead he has been cautioned over and over again, with the mentality of "let's not give him a criminal record as it might ruin his future". And all those costs do not take into account extra staff hours that have been paid to work with this kid. At $40 per hour that we get paid, it adds up quick. anyway, back to work tomorrow, after a few days off to chill at the gold coast. get my skyline back from east coast customs on friday, so at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
