space between guards and tyres is not an issue, as long as the lowest point of your car (including the exhaust just near the diff) is above 100mm What parts of the car need to be mod plated?

$400 to $600 for 32 gtr wheels with tyres you can get 33 gtr wheels for $800 to $1000, depending on your luck if your budget is around $800, keep an eye out on the for sale section and you should be able to find some decent japanese wheels with tyres

Selling the old wheels of the family car Wheels came with the car and have gone back to original wheels on it and have no further use for these. Set of GMax M078 18x7.5 5x114.3 Not sure of the offset. Would put it in the 30's somewhere, but no sticker marking the offset can be seen. Welcome to test fit them if need be. Tyres on it don't have a huge amount of life in them, and one has a slow leak. Wheels themselves are in good condition, with no rash around the rim, and minimal marks on them from every day use. The tyres themselves are quite high profile due to being on the family AWD so would recommend a lower profile. With the price of 33's and 32's, depending on the condition of your car and the 33, you could basically ask for a straight swap. Tidy 32's are going for more than similar condition 33's

guessing by the fact the radiator support bar has been cut to fit the radiator, and the fact it's a 380rwkw rb26 180sx for 13k, I can comfortably say No.
