Once me and my gf were driving towards the CT (Parra RD) to go for a nice dinner out. Around Broadway, a cop in a Magna with P plates decides to flag me down. I pull over and started packing sh17... Officer stated that this is just a random road worthy inspection (my ass) and was curious to the size of my exhaust. he asked me to follow him to Newtown police station (which had another 6-7 imports i.e skylines, rx7s, 200sx etc. - Random my ass). They went through my car and saw everything... Got me for Pod, Tyres and BOV. They asked me if i had a BOV, being me i asked them wats that, they said the thing that made the wosh sound.. i played dumb, so they asked me to rev the car... I was like oooh sh$t...so i did it slowely and the sound went off.... After the whole inspection process and missing my dinner reservation , it turned out to be a really crummy night. Then again the dinner would have been the same cost as the defect fine. But i think that was bullsh%t, i was co-operative aswell

Have you installed the front splits and rear speakers yet? Cause the speakers i bought is still sitting in my boot and i don't have a clue how to remove the rear speakers. Cheers Mate

mate, was that a white skyline. cause i work around that area and notice a f**kd up white skyline with a front bar which is better used as mud flaps... I also notice a chick with a Silver R33 GTR that works at norwest too...

About 2 weeks ago, i got pulled over by a magna with P plates.... how the f**K does that work... what makes it worse was he made me follow him to the cop shop and made me pop my bonnet.... so there goes my money for mods..

Hey Guys, I have an BLITZ SBC I-D II, the problem is that it has these settings (set and gain). I understand that gain should be between 5-15 but what should the desired settings be for an r34 gtt, pretty stock except for turbo back exhaust. i realise that skylines run usually run around 7lbs and you shouldn't run over 14lbs on stock turbo, i was hoping to reach around 12lbs from this controller. Can anyone help? cheers Mark

Does anyone know how to fit 6x9's on the rear shelf of an R34. I tried fitting these last night however found a long metal plate covering the stock speakers and also the tray doesn't seem to detach from the car. Also i don't know if i might need spacers for these speakers because of the small speaker provision. Any Input would be great. Kind Regards Mark

Its slightly modded, 3inch turbo back exhaust, pod airfilter, boost controller,speed delimiter, and thats about it. if the prob is with my 02 sensor, then i would replace the thing for sure

which light are you referring to, is it somewhere on the speedo?

Mate, I get the same problem aswell, so much build up around the boot and bootlid, but my exhaust is from the turbo back. Again it must be a common problem with the r34's must be unburnt fuel.

Mate, I'd love to run in those specs, how was your driving habit though. Does these specs refer to staying off boost, changing gears within 2-3k revs. I think i might have to try not giving the car my fat foot, it seems that i get around 15-17ltrs per 100km. If anyone has any other ideas, please pm me... :confused:

let me know if this works, cause i've only had my car for under 1 month and i must admitt that i have been giving the car the lead foot however i did own an r33 in the past and in comparison, the r34 does 100km less then the r33

Mate, I feel your pain, I got an er34 gtt too, but manual. If im lucky i go through around 300+ on a full tank.... Im not sure if this is a common problem with the 34's.

Hi Guys, I have just recently bought an R34 and have noticed a bit of rust on the rear brake lights. After seeing this, i called my mate who also ownes an R34 and said that it is a common problem. Is it though?
