Yes-larger tyres mean wider tires.BUT wider tyres increase the friction or surface area on the road thus making it more difficult to turn the tyres/wheel/car.Thus slower and LESS RESPONSIVE handling (for the 350gt in question) New SUPERCARS have larger rims because they were DESIGNED to run that size.Putting 20 inch rims on a car designed for 17s initially, is not going to suit the car at all.Appart from that its also apparently illegal (like most things in australia) to have rims larger than 2 inches over manufacturers specs. My point is that for a car designed with 17/18s,you will notice a detriment in the handling by installing 20s,no question. Also the larger the rim,the slower the acceleration will be for say a 0-100km/h run. It will be a harsher ride.Not good if you drive on sydney's roads..... Tyre costs will be much higher. But it will look better .You decide the trade-offs!

the rims look awesome one note: the larger the rims,the better it looks,BUT the worse the handling becomes. if i were you i would stick with the 19s. I have had the oem 17s on mine since i got it,and was just about to get the oem 18s cause they look nicer. But as soon as i test drove my mates new v35 with 18 oems i changed my mind. The car feels heavier,harder to steer and worst of all it feels slower. I upgraded my old r32 from 16s to 17s and regretted the choice from day one. Plus if you want to shod them with QUALITY rubber,it will cost you a fortune on 20s. my 2c worth : )

on a similar topic-whats the distance on the digital compass relate to? I have found that the closer i drive north towards hornsby,the smaller the number gets!

probably easier to just find the wire in the loom and cut it,like we did with the old skylines for the over speed warning sound i have beep on my 03 coupe,so does my mate.Im sure its standard issue.

My cd player will only play cds from slot 4,5 and 6 most of the time. In some instances it will play all 6 or a combination. I find that it comes down to how the discs are loaded into the magazine. start by ejecting all discs and load them all in one go.

nice one warren. my seat only squeeks when it is in the lowest reclined position. because im 6'3'' i have the seat fully lowered and all the way foward/down to give the seat its lowest position. Its only then that it will squeek!

nah,not on purpose i was waiting for tightarse tuesday for discounts on the petrol!! The intank fuel filter should be able to handle it.-Last tiime i drained a fuel tank was years ago with my 83 prelude- after almost 20 years it had only a little bit of sediment in the tank...

yeah i have the seat/console squuek too As its also coming from the left side of the seat i will isolate it and report what parts making the noise. Sounds like we all got the same problem!! wounder what the fairlady/350z are like with this?
