I was looking at this day myself. My rebuild is almost done and i'll need to test it out.

Fitting a Header/Swirl tank. Hey guys, I'm fitting a header tank as part of my rebuild. Has anyone fitted one of these to their car? As far as I can tell there is one hose running from the over-flow pipe on the radiator, another that runs from the lower rad hose via a large T piece, but the third hose comes from the engine somewhere. As far as I can tell I could run it from the heater hose out or one of the turbo lines, but I'm not certain. Can any one offer some advise?

Bugger, I want to do this, but a Monday for me is almost impossible. Maybe I can wrangle something. Paul, what's the latest I can leave this 'till?

Got me some bling blue hose. It was Zed city there today for the dyno day, JP's slot car managed 439rwkw @ 25psi and shifters made 370rwkw @ 18psi.

Unlucky about that calibra/mazda thingy dropping its lunch on the track. Hoping to have the sled ready for the next run.

I have a couple of questions regarding moving my battery to the rear of my 300ZX. What type of battery should I use? Does the battery box need to be ventilated to the outside or sealed? Can I run a postive cable to the battery from the existing terminal? Do I need to run an earth cable from the exsisting terminal to the battery, or can I simply earth the battery at the rear and earth the exsisting terminal in the bay? What cable type should I use? I will fit an isolation switch, the 'red key' type, to the box. Has anyone done this before, is there something that I missed? The main reason for doing this is to use the space for an Oil Breather Tank a swirl tank and maybe a surge tank.

I'm working, like everyother weekend, but i should getaway in time for a KK lift-off.
