bit laggy on a 26 but would fly on a rb31det

when i built my engine i had built the the bottom end and turned the negine after roatating the full assemble one of the pistons hit the oil squiter cause i hadnt stuck it on the dowel had to steal one off a rb25

i must say there are diffrent people who attend drags and circuit day.. and in general that is a good thing ... the two dont mix and i must say i like it that way im all for getting more younger drivers down to the track but realistically i like the fact they dont go there and "in general" the people who do are people i would assosiate with more but i supose there are just as many up themselves people at circuit day as there are tool at the drags.. lol

"Government should make race tracks more available" lol this is gold if you join 3 car clubs you could do a supersprint every weekend for 100 buck and actually learn to drive my experience is that the people with really done up cars(looks and rice) come to one day find out there shit cant take it (cant understand why a 50 year old laps quicker in there mini) and never come back cause there not fast enough and not looking cool enough... lol best one i ever saw was a mirage with all the rice...stick it into the wall on the first lap at Oran park(must have thought it was Brighton and tried to do 150 around a 90 corner) People whinge about access to race track if all the p platers out there actually wanted to go to the track suddenly there would be more days due to demand

there are 100's of ways to improve the learner system but its all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and until there are enough dollars and or public acceptance to spend those dollars it wont happen

woops my bad just asked the rta head engineer its other vehicles 6 cylinder so its weight*4 so if the car weighs a tonne means you can have a 4 litre turbo engine in it noice hoever you would have to exstensivly modify the brakes ect which your engineer will tell you about

indapendantly constructed vehicle just spoke to someone in the rta pointed me to the provision of the weight of the car *1.24 its weight is the size of a turbo charged engine that you can stick in (very broard) anything above that you have to ICV the car which cost a bomb and you will most likely not be able to do from an emmisions point of view

sounds stupid but make sure you fans are wired up corectly and are pulling not pushing on the right side saw a car blow up at a track day because of that lol

oh yea and if you do an icv it has to meet emmisions and build standard for 2004 (ouch)

any engineer worth (in NSW)his salt wouldnt touch a modified engine like that without an emmisons test (and there is no way in the world that engine would pass) and if you did find a dodgy engineer to sign it off in nsw the paper is pretty much worthless once you get pulled over NSW is doing a major shake up of the RTA aprroved engineers so they have mostly turned anal and there will be half the amount that are around right now in the comming months

in sydney you pay 1200(100 more if you want the blue slip) for a shop to do the same thing(about the same price you payed for all the things but you did them) advantage i think you would get is you might use better grade oils

my r32 i would just drive along turn the engine of for a second and turn it back on... this is like flicking the switch and because you restart the car while it is moving the 4wd tuns off so no just keep rolling and light up the rears then when i came to a stop again the 4wd would kick back in gold

true true my one with a gtr motor in it weighs 1450kg plus 130 for me

hicas only weighs 20kg at the most just solid mount the rams and remove the pipes or get the lock kit 200 bux and just lock it into position
