    Sandown Historic is on in early Nov afaik. It's 1st round state series at Sandown this weekend.

    Driver training includes the entry fee so overall it would cost you less.

    It is unless you can demonstrate to the ms director that you have other sufficient motorsport exeperience, i.e hillclimb, state level karting etc... Even then the clerk of course on the day may put you back into DT if he's not satisfy with your driving, eg. you keep falling off the track. This has happened before.

    When you paid SAU for CAMS license you would have got a CAMS 30 days receipt and that will do. It is a wrx club requirement that you do DT if you have not done any track work previously.

    Guys, The reason the wrx club is doing it, is that it is a Sandown Management requirement and much of that is forced on to them by the council (from pressure of residents nearby). If we abuse/circumspect the system then we may not be able to get back there. The club was basically locked out of Sandown in 2003 and a lot of fences needed to be rebuilt before we got back to racing there.
