It was a streeter, I would have loved to run it down here in the cool qld nights. I know it would make a massive difference having driven my stocker GTR in both summer and winter. And yes, had the baby seat in and on street rubber, nothing special and at 35psi. It was making 500hp at the wheels from memory. The acceleration was brutal.

I think you'll find that a lot of people on this site have driven something as fast as a stock 35, most of us can appreciate the "instant loss of licence acceleration issue". If you daily drove a comparatively "underpowered" LS1 vehicle would it be more "fun" and "safer" than a 35. Most likely. That's what this thread is about yes? Or no? Either way, the R32 was the best GTR ever made by Nissan.
