  1. The Autech front bars are a bitch, they sit very low (aftermarket sus doesnt help) and stick out a mile. Mines been off once for painting and is just about due again!
  2. I dont think there is a single owner, this guy is the tuner for them. Pretty switched on guy, was in Aus just recently doing a tune for a well known customer. Hey Yudy, what rpm does your Autech do at 100kph? Mine sits at 2500, curious to see if yours is the same. Cheers, Ken
  3. I should have an answer to the quantity question very soon as I have a contact who is in japan with MR Autech himself (obviously not his real name).
  4. Hey Joely how things? Daniel, there is plenty happening up here. We have off street drag meets on one Friday per month, open drag meets on one saturday per month. Lapsrinting once a month, drifiting on the same day. Cheers, Ken
  5. I plan on running mine in. only 800 kms to go.
  6. I put one on the wifes car, didnt notice too much difference in performance. Its craked now which is a real bitch. Going to put the standard one back on.
  7. I have owned and loved just about every model car nissan produced with an RB in it. I live in the NT hence RBNT.
  8. My wifes RS4 does the same thing. I think they over fuel a bit on lift off and hence the pop. My 260RS does the same thing with the standard exhaust (she does flames though, which is cool). That is being changed soon. I wouldnt worry too much about it, Cheers, Ken
  9. Thats an absolute bitch Muck. Which window did they break? That will be the next challenge - trying to find a replacement. Hope it wasnt any of the tinted windows. Best of luck Ken
  10. How bout ZILAWTS or WAGN8TR These are the 2 I was thinking about getting for the 260. We can have 7 digits in the NT. Personalised plates are $140 for a set. There are some great ones up here.
  11. Storage Alex, put it away while you are!
  12. Thanks all for you help and advice. Darrin, no stickers for me, want to keep the sleeper thing going.
  13. Advice lads on running in? Much appreciated. This is the first motor I have had to rebuild, I'm pretty surprised it didnt happen sooner. Hopefully never have to do it again either! Bloddy expensive.
  14. Yep, full rebuild. Here is the list Block and head acid washed and decked, mild head port Gen nissan rebuilt bottom end (just as good as aftermaket apparently) REV I beam forged rods CP forged pistons Tomei sump kit N1 oil pump N1 water pump Tomei enigne gasket kit Tomei 260 cams OS Giken cam gears Greddy timing belt Bling clear camgear cover (couldnt help myself) D1 Splitfire coils Sard 720cc injectors Greddy fuel rail Bosch fuel pump Malpassi RR reg Remote oil filter and cooler 40mm triple core radiator 102mm Blitz front mount Z32 afms N1 Group A turbos Tunagent exhaust mainfolds HKS dumps Nismo front pipe Trust PE2 cat back Autech oil air sep Couple of guages Power FC with HC Greddy profec spec2 ebc Pretty sure thats it. Its going to be really frustrating running the thing in. Might have to set the pfc for low rpm and "lose" the hand controller for a while, aarrgghhh.
  15. I can personally vouch for this vehicle. Goes like a cut snake and is well maintained.
  16. Howdy all, Just thought I would share my joy at seeing/hearing my motor up an running for the first time in 10 weeks. Its just about finished (little bits to go on) and should have it back this weekend - YAY! 1000kms of running in and then another 3000 of gentle driving and we'll see how it copes with 18-19psi. Will keep you updated and hopefully have a dyno sheet in a few weeks. Cheers, ken
  17. The HKS TO4E's should have HKS stamped on the exhaust housing, when I say stamped they are actually raised letters on the rear of the exhaust housing.
  18. There are around 10 in Darwin. Not bad for a population of 85000.
  19. I am chasing a pair of rear springs? Do you still have the measurements I gave you? Cheers, Ken
  20. Thanks for the PM Brad, all I can is awsome. That is a fantastic number considering your exhaust set up and the very low boost level. It'll be an absolute animal on your final boost setting. Have a ball with it mate, you deserve it. Ken
  21. I thought it was around the 500 mark. Emailed Autech but have had no response.
  22. Excellent work Brad. Congrats for sticking with it, I know its hard when they are off the road for so long, still waiting for mine! Should be back in a week though. PM me the figure, would love to know!
  23. I rate my wifes one pretty highly, the AF reading is pretty neat. If your Stag has the silver finish on the surround the Apexi timer is exactly the same colour, almost looks factory.
