  1. Gary, you've been offering this great package for almost a year now but I just wanted to check if it will still be going in approx. 2 months when some money comes back to me? Keen as mustard! Cheers
  2. Not sure you understood my question? I'm going to get a remap! But the sole input to the boost controller is the duty cycle of the injectors! So when the computer is remapped the fuel map will be altered = Where at a certain load point the injector duty cycle was 84% and after the remap it is now 72% (not as rich as standard). So to my reasoning your previously perfectly tuned IEBC will now be out of whack due to the change in fuel map - [richer in some parts (injector on for longer) and leaner in others (injector on for less time)] Therefor giving the boost controller different input values at different times which the controller will interprit and actuate the solonoid OK but the boost curve would be all over the place! Then what do you do? Retune it after the map but then your fuel map will be out and you'll be chasing you tail forever and possibly causing leaning out? Please give me your thoughts. Am I on to something?
  3. If for example you had a standard R32 GTS-T which you put an exhaust, pod, intercooler and this boost controller onto then got your CPU remapped - Would the new fuel mapping alter your boost control? as your injectors are going to be operating at different duty cycles throughout the load range than what you have already set up.
  4. When did I mention you raced him? Haha, needs to go to strippers to get woman! I've done muay thai for 6 years now and don't believe it's ever been necessary to use it in public. Although I visit melb on business three times a yaer and you've got to try everything once, right?
  5. As I suspected - A highly intelligent response! As for C. Your obviously not intelligent enough to understand that learning a fighting technique is an "art" and the strongest weapon you'll ever have is your mind! As a great deal of fighting is mental. Something you seem to lack! When he cut you off a smarter man would have got very angry at that and beeped his horn, yelled abuse but then had the sense to back off thinking this could get dangerous! (Even bigger dickhead = You effectively risked your brothers life to chase someone to have a cock measuring contest)
  6. A. I know something of you = YOUR A KNOB! B. You do need to explain why you would or wouldn't pick a fight because you posted this thread! C. What ART of fighting do you learn! You can't even spell or string a sentence together! D. You don't have a 34 anymore tough arse! E. Oh sorry, I've passed what letter you learnt up to. That is all! As it is impossible to grill some one when you can't even read the shit thats spouting out of their mouth! As the bombadoor probably thought - I've wasted enough time on this waste of space!
  7. YOUR A KNOB! You delibrately instegated an altercation with someone who, (If no one was around) deliberately went out of his way to cut you off and then brake test you without provocation! Someone willing to do that would not be the smartest choice to have a go at and then have a bitch when it comes back at you. Effectively, a dog ran right up to you in a local park and snapped at your heel but started to continue on. Then because you decided that this wasn't right, you chased the dog and started poking it with a stick and surprise, surprise, it turned around and bit you! Then. . . .you run home to mummy (this forum) to blame the dog (commonwhore) and seek simpathy for doing something stupid! Humans are much more complex than dogs but the same common sense applies You wanted to play with the big boys and you got flogged. What would have happened if he did pull over and he had been trained to fight then it would be you who was a right off, but your precise piece of metal would have been spotless so it would have all been worth it! Learn your lesson and grow up
  8. Funny that! When every workshop this side of the black stump uses a slide hammer for removing the hub from the bearing! But you're right, what would I know? I've only been a mechanic for god knows how long!
  9. cheers buddy!
  10. I have an R32 GTS-T and have fitted up an R33 GTR cooler and this is exactly what I want to have on my car! Do you think it would be better to "cut and weld" up the pipe wok myself or get someone to mendral bend some pipes up? That group buy link would be handy SK! can't find it
  11. Awsome job Al! I have an R32 and have thought about this many a time but couldn't figure out how to get several LED's on the go without wiring each LED individually with thier own resistors but if you can get the common power boards that might just be the trick! I think I'll only use it as a third brake light though
  12. Are you able to make up a vented bonnet thats not such a cop catcher (sleeper if you will) I'd love a bonnet with two large size vents at the rear off the bonnet ressembling shark gills and a few wide gills just behind the radiator! Plenty adaquate to remove the bulk of the under bonnet temp. from the turbo and radiator but subtle enough not to attract unwanted attention or, my pet hate, filling up my coil valley everytime it rains!
  13. Help!!!! I have a standard R33 boost control solonoid and an Apexi 3 port boost control solonoid. 1. Which one will be better to use? 2. Will the Apexi item flow better with more control due to its larger ports? 3. How do you set The 3 port up? Obviously you put the two barbs to COM (in) and NC (out) but what do you do with the NO port? 4. Is there anything else required to change the setup of the solonoid to NC operation fom NO? Cheers in advance
  14. post it up for all to see!
  15. I've got an Apexi boost control soloniod which I intend to use. BUT IT has three ports = COM - common inlet NO - Normally open & NC - Normally closed It is currently in NO set up. Other than changing the air barb to the NC port, what else is needed to change it from a NO cinfiguration to a NC configuration? Cheers in advance! P.S. I have full knowledge of what NO and NC solonoids are and how they operate! I'm going to replace my nissan NC solonoid on my JayCar IEBC because the Apexi item has better flow etc.
  16. Haven't been able to source a Hi-cas lock bar as GTRGoeff has given it up but are spectators allowed or is it drivers only as I'd love to come and watch?
  17. Do total driver even operate any more? I tried to contact them and got no where. I really want to do a good driver training coarse!
  18. There is an old trick for this = Get a piece of PVC tube with the diameter you want, aheat gun and a funnel Place the PVC pipe upwards, heat the end with the heat gun and use the funnel to push down on the pipe which now hot, will mould to that shape giving you effectively a bell mouth. Very cheap and from the results, just as effective and apparently makes a big difference! Or if you wanted to get really tricky you could hunt around and borrow several different funnels and carry out the procedure afew times gradually increasing the funnel size to give you a smooth curve = True bellmouth
  19. It's more common than you think! I think the Gibson motorsport cars had it and thats how I'm going to do mine! I've been told that it cuts out up to 5L of intake air which should have a fairly significant drop in lag.
  20. I have a GTR intercooler to fit to a GTS-T and it shouldn't be to much drama but I was hoping someone might have some pics of how the 2 top mounts (polls) are mounted on a standard R32 GTR? Do they slot into the reinforcement bar or what? Or even if you have fitted one to your GTS-T, How you mounted them? Just going to make up brackets for the lower 3!
  21. Sean'O, I'm very interested to hear how you went? Does it have the vib. dampner?
  22. In like flin! PUT ME DOWN!
  23. Gooooooonnnee!
