  1. Bumped! Not a cheap copy! HKS SSQV! Realistic Offers only please! More pics after clean!
  2. Saw it in a pack yesterday, with a free Ignition DVD... Cover said 'M35 Stagea tested'........
  3. Haven't been able to read it as my mag quota has expired for this calendar year!!! Anyone read it? It was about 1 or 2 issues ago. Any performance times? Ta!
  4. Need sold! Best sounding BOV I've heard...
  5. Pretty much. You will just have to block off some air lines and clamp them off... from memory (last week!) it's probably just the main one which is about 20 mm and needs just a plastic chair-leg knob or something to be clamped over it... a 5 minute job if you have basic tools...
  6. Item: HKS SSQ BOV with free RB25 HKS adaptor plate (prob. RB20 too!?!) Age: Unknown... came on my Neo-engined Stagea when imported last year... Condition: Sounds fantastic and is in great nick other than bumps! See pics. Price: Just $170 To Fit: (What car) Any RB25DET from R33/R34/Stagea C34 Location: Tweed Heads, NNSW Contact: PM me ... Comments: Need the money more than the Ppppsssssssshhhhhhhh!!! Adjustable... unlike Ebay copies! First In.!.!
  7. Please delete mods! Don't know how this doubled up!
  8. The R35 wins acceleration comparos with ferraris, Lambos and plenty of other past and present exotica. Why does the performance seem to contradict establish traditional power to weight boundaries? My guess (cos I'll never get near the tiller of one!) is a combo of traction control, more advanced electronic controlling of various components (eg 'box, diff, susp., turbo boost, launch ctrl, clutch etc) and, yes, 4WD. Other pts... CSV makes the car tested in the latest MOTOR, not HSV. Traction is going to be an issue with RWD high powered cars, even once rolling. The F6 will not produce (stock) more than 310kW and will weigh more than GTR (think 13.2 ish WITH t/c). The W427 will produce more power than GTR, will be significantly porkier and won't better high 12's, stock. People on those forums WILL compare apples with oranges all day... Me... I'll be drinking reconstituted juice, but I still dream of the taste of the real thing!
  9. Looking to go stock, not lower, as our roads are too rough for my current coilover setup! Stock GTR, especially newer or re-valved is what I'm really after... Ta!
  10. As title says... Not oldies. Good condition shockies for R32 GTR. PM me! Ta!
  11. 11 Stageas, 500 Bikes and 34degrees... A great way to share thoughts, meet some equally car-nuttish fraks and draw many puzzled looks... Well done everyone but especially Micah for setting it up! A track day might be fun one day soon! Here's a pic or two... Some nice cars, lovely sounds - esp. Micah's and GreenGhost! Thanks for the steering wheel straighten, Darrin! Wheels, Kits, Diffs, Exhausts, Coolers, Intake... I'm sure we've all seen something or discussed something that's revised our directions for the Stageas. Will be interesting to see what changes over the next little while!
  12. Aha! You read my mind! Track vs GPS! Different advantages/disadvantages... In some cases traction can even be more limiting at a particularly sticky or slippery track, thus affecting launch, and ultimately slip times! The launch control systems are designed to balance wheel-spin with grip. Tracks can throw these systems a 'curve ball'!
  13. Any other veggie guys coming? If not, I'll flick the fake flesh and pack my own! I just need a packet of chips and a soft drink as I am hoping to listen, talk and learn lots! I'll be bringing my old Apexi rear muffler of my R33 if anyone just want to spice up their exhaust sound without too much more noizzz! Worth a bit but I'm thinking about $120 would convince me to part with it! It's a big barrel with standard in and 5" out tip. Simple and solid-looking! i i j j
  14. Anyone who is going got Bilsteins? Stock or Whiteline springs? Love to get a feel of them b4 I buy? Maybe someone might try my Teins and want to make a deal!?! Is someone going to post a list of confirmed participants and their cars - eg. S1/2 RS4 or RSV or RS4S and colour etc??? Someone needs to snap some pics too!
  15. Yes, I should be on that meet! Thanks Darrin! It's your old wheel too! Do you have the 'special tool' for the airbag?
  16. My S2 had a Nismo St wheel on it when i got it an compl. guys put my stock one (with tiptr. gear toggles) on for me but it's out by at least 30 to 40 degrees. Is there an easy way to straighten it just by pulling the 3 plastic back panels off? Or do I have to remove the whole st column cover? Ta!
  17. Not looking that promising... http://www.weatherzone.com.au/qld/brisbane/ipswich Maybe the following week???
  18. I should be there. Might take off after Lunch though as I only live about 15 km Sth of Natural Arch! Happy to start up the Coast and come down though! Looking forward to it!
  19. Looks like weather might be the key here! I'll see what the week brings. I'd love to, but with this week being the first week of school and me being a teacher, it could be a busy one! Maybe...?
  20. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Te...-h-t199188.html Check out my thread, StageaNut and Jason. Am VERY busy atm but have two offers on the table in regard to swaps. Depends where you are. My avatar pic shows my Teins at very close to the top of their adjustment range. Will drop so that tyres are inside the guards, comfortably! They are similar to Super Wagons but are slightly firmer in the front and slightly less firm in the rear (to match weight distribution). PM me if you like.
  21. Sorted, thanks to Chook! Nothin' t see here.............
  22. Thanks heaps Chook! Is it still worth doing that Heated Oxygen Sensor Monitor test? Or do you think that will just reveal the typically rich ECU standard pattern???
  23. OK! So I just checked for codes again and it is flashing 55... which, from memory, means there are no errors!?! So it should be A.O.K??? Is that what the 5 long flashes and 5 short ones means??? I hope so! Shame the kids are asleep or I could go for a spin and check for sure! Tomorrow!
  24. Thanks Chook! If the paper clip shorting out trick resets the ECU then I have already reset it, if it doesn't then I may have to do the battery disconnect thing!?! It felt the worst immediately on the 10 minute run hone after checking for codes in the fuse box! Seemed to run smoother and boost cleaner in the next 20 minute run into town... I'll go out to the car now and check for codes again!
