    if it came from a 180 then clip that plug and use it. easiest way to do it. the colours will line up and it *should* go. R32 had the same plug as well.

    if you want hte plug find any N15 pulsar and clip it off the harness. most nissans after 93 had that plug taped to the radio harness anyway. yours may have it also.

    they use them on 180's and silvias. basically it has +12, +12key , and lights. if its a clarion one then it should have the pinout on the rear of it. if its a sony then bin it as they have a tendency to have dead lasers. what make is the radio - xenavi?,clarion?

    fitted way too many of them. if you have the wire then the rest is easy.

    mainly age. the one he has is 10-12 yrs old. plug differences are easy to get around. get specific ( IE waht unit and what stacker) and I'll tell you more.

    what exactly are you trying to do. for speed grab the APEXi RSM manual and look up you your ECU. ( I have another way of doing it but explaining it over the net isn't that easy.) what unit is this?

    dacron does. sd will stop it ringing IF it does at all.

    so you are in japan or you have a pile of import radios at your disposal? for $400 I can give you a deck that will CONTROL the ipod. ( and play mp3s..) alpine 9843 is my pick.

    download blaubox off the net and have a play with it. as long as you have the volume behind the sub correct it *should* work ( I'm not building the box hence *should*) may want to pop a bit of SD in it as well.

    fuel pump. ECU fuse on these is too hard to get at. send me a pm with the car you have and I'll give you a hand. the question you ask is not something I wish to disclose openly.

    they fit on the rear. my bad. 6" with the bracket fit on the front.

    thats the reason I have. if I wander in at 4am and lock the car the last thing I need is a chirp. now if it goes off thats another story (car has air horns...)

    you dont cut anything. you need an actuator in the drivers door. do that and the rest will work.

    link, correct. any difference of 1-2 deg in any direction and off it goes.
