    Go ahead and fit the LHD buttons.. You will waste $700 doing it. Yes they fit, yes they work, the button functions are 180 out . Been there.

    250A. 100 will trip if the starter pulls over that. Flame proof cable is double jacketed usually with a colored outer and white inner and it will be labelled.

    Missed a point on this. Mine will be for sale in 5-6 months once I duplicate the controls. Until then I need it.

    Insert program boot disc is what it is saying. That unit cannot read its internal memory. Quick fix, pull the plug on that unit. Proper fix, convert to 2 DIN radio. The mfd gauges are separate to the navi. Shame you aren't in brissy. I would like a crack at fixing one of these.

    Connecting it to the OEM point. Use a terminating stud. Don't solder them.

    So battery in rear of vehicle? Are you using flame proof cable? Isolator ? Maxi fuse at front and rear of car?

    Get it at the OEM point up front of off the BCM . If you can find a early sedan with the switch on the back use that diagram to find the trip wire. Bit of dicking around but doable.

    rostra is cable driven. these are electric. wont really work. 4 figure sum to do it properly.

    R 34 has the chime as part of the cluster. Removing it also removes all the other warning chimes as well.

    Camera and swc WILL happen. I can do that now with some mucking around. As for the hks stuff, never played with it.

    Pull it out, pop the top off, note the ribbon cable to the screen. If you have one it's sharp, if you have two it's toshiba . I am building something custom around one of these and needed to buy one for the boards.

    I will have a full housing and screen available shortly. Do you know what screen you have? Mine is sharp.
