We have an exceptional relationship with them...they are coming to our home to plan the cruise. Last year we had 700 cars and 5 defects for VERY obvious things (that is not too bad considering 80% were imports). The same guys will be running it next yr....they operational stratergy is maximum saturation...min intervention. No guarantees can be given but these guys escorted us last yr...so hopefully all will be good. O'Mark

OK I am the proud owner of a C34...I did not want to get rid of the Jap audiovisual unit PLUS the A/C controls are beside the screen. Brad (in SA who has the M35 conversion software) has now managed to convert the Jap TV to receive Aussie TV, play MP3 & Mp4's We are stoked !!! ...works just fine & looks absolutely the same as before (except I now have a remote control) Thanks Brad "OLD Jules & Mark"
