Circlip pliers. pretty easy if you have the right tool and know what your doing... EDIT: the return provided in the t67 kit is just a rubber hose... I went and got a braided line made up for mine.

why dont you just do what i did and pay $300 to get the stock side feeds hi-flowed?? mine are 90% @ 340kw... Or maybe you should buy mine and i will get some ID1000cc with some valve springs then wind up the boost!

was running turbolight 4100 10w40 seemed fine, replaced it recently with sin 10 (10w70). will probably go something thicker next change now that i have read this...

You can get a 2 bolt to 44mm vband flange adaptor, like $30-40 off ebay.

you need almost perfect conditions to run a 10 sec pass on the street in a RWD skyline repeatably... A GTR will do it in the middle of a snow storm with your mum driving...

yeh its the steampipe one from NZ around the $300 range... im all for using bang for the buck parts but that manifold was rubbish and I hate doing things twice so in the end the only solution was to pickup a used 6boost...

The one I saw was very average the collector is a nightmare and the flange was seriously warped.. vs my 6 boost

What engine does it come with?? The 2.5L m50 and 3.5L m30 are supposed to be pretty good to turbo...

I used the tight ass method, cut the water line above the banjo fitting then braze over the hole with an oxy and bolt back on!

The internal gates have been proven to be junk, go read the Kando thread on nissan silvia. Some guy just recently tried the TD06SL2-20g internal gate on an sr20 and couldn't get it past 240kw due to boost control issues...

had a $200 ebay ASI 52mm in a 32 with rb25 no shroud and could not get it over 86c... Was great until the dodgy mounts I made came loose and the core ruptured when it hit the fan 35c degree heat, 80ks from home. not a fun day -
Not really worth it, you can get an rb25 and box for 2-2.4k... What ECU are you running? Chances are you will need a new one if you go rb25.. If you can do all the work yourself I'd be saying at least 3k total for a stock setup... but like I said then u need to look at new ECU/injectors .
