Got mine tuned today 333kw More in it but settled here due to injectors near max and valve springs getting loose up top. Gotta take it for a decent drive before i say too much about how it drives and if i will push for more. Sounds CRAZY!!!! on boost t67-25g 6boost tial 44mm freedy plenum z32 in cooler piping power FC profec B II 740cc highflowed stock injectors bosch 044 3" exhaust Adjustable EX cam gear exceedy 5 puk clutch (gonna have to get a twin plate i think!!) E85 (trent tested it at E65) springvale stuff

I have talked to a few guys on here building setups with that turbo, wish they would hurry up and post some results!!

But really most aftermarket high mount manifolds have the gate pipe coming off at close to a 90 degree angle... 6 boost, trust etc

Bit rough but you get the idea sits in the cooler piping under the driver side guard.

I have never got the grease too work... Every time I have had to grind the thing out with a dremel....

R32's should have a nipple on the compressor housing but yeh you can use a nipple on the hot side cooler pipe

I have a similar one but mine has some angle. Was gonna use it in the 33 with a td06SL2 but ended up going a T67 with a 6boost instead. test fit on a rusty rb20 the T67 is massive but i did try and mount it with this thing for interests sake, its pretty tight but i reckon if you moved the A/C lines and modified the engine mount it may be possible. not using this so if somebody wants to buy let me know!

Yeh r32's don't have boost solenoids... But for all that other stuff try the forsale section on here or Ebay, wreckers are a ripoff!

on a related note im swapping in some 740cc injectors and a z32 running off a power FC, now if i configure these with the Hand controller how will the car behave without a retune? Just wanna take it down the street to make sure everything else is working okay before i hand it over to the tuner...

Im a big fan of the rb20 but when mine blew a HG i hunted around for a new one and basically found i could drop a rb25 for a little bit more... I already had an rb25 box like you so it was an easy choice.

When i had a radiator that was %80 blocked i could stick a hose in the top and water would flow very freely out the bottom so i thought it was fine but it still overheated, ended up taking it to a shop they refurbed it and that fixed my overheating issues... But if you had it flow tested "professionally" you would think it was good!

If you take the thermostat out and rev the engine cold you should be able to see serious water movement through the rad cap hole... If it's just sitting there and your water pump is fine my money is on a leak for sure... Have seen this so many times with all my cars...

If he's not getting flow then it's got nothing to do with the tune....

if you have an air leak you wont get flow!!!! i have been down this road before and its amazing what an air leak can do! PS whats going on with the lack of blog posts lol

same as pressure testing cooler piping... cap off the overflow put fitting on rad hook up compressor load up to 10psi then see if it holds.. also should be able to check for blockage if you take thermostat out and put a hose in.. I ran water in my last rb20 for years and even though the radiator was %80 blocked the galleries were fine...

have you been running anti rust coolant or just water? Have you done a pressure test on the entire system? I once had bad overheating due to the 2 heater hoses that run into the cabin, got a new peice and looped at the block all good oh and as for the bleeding i found parking on a hill to work well!

This kit went for $2300 on ebay 2 days ago.. I wanted to buy it so bad!!! but my T67-25g build is almost finished and I wasn't too keen on ripping it all off ((

Yeh ill try and get a pic on the weekend. Mine is very similar to the one in the first post except the lever has to be pushed in and then turned so it has a semi locking feature... It is nice not getting your hands covered in oil and then spending 10 mins fishing the plug out of the oil pan lol. I have also had the magnetic tipped plug which was great until it snapped at the bolt head!

I have one of these but im gonna remove it cause im really paranoid that something will hit it and then bye bye rb25.
