  3. Did Roy end up running the T67 on his? maybe look at the HTA 3076r
  4. Your car was crap, I was so happy when you decided to part it out.
  5. What plug gap are you running? I had a miss at 0.8 so went down to 0.65 and all good.
  6. Best way to sort this out would be to install a few temp sensors and find out where most of the heat is coming from. Intank, on fuel pump, rail and return line would do it.
  7. Im no expert when it comes to DC fuel pumps but i do know that many electric motors will run cooler at the full voltage they are rated for and usually when you under volt them the current increases to compensate. http://www.motorsanddrives.com/cowern/motorterms12.html Personally I'd prefer to run at the full voltage and try cooling the fuel by other methods.
  8. should have requested payment in bitcoins
  9. Just sell it for a profit and buy something that better matches the rb25 then. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/437073-hks-gt2835-kai-kit-for-ecr33/
  10. Pulled down my old rb20 the other day for a look. I had milkshake coolant from this though.
  11. A 2510 will only make like 10-15kw more than a stock turbo, not worth the effort in my book.
  12. Seems like your not running a BOV? I think you might have issues without one and the AFM in the stock position. That along with the restriction from the afm taking the intake down from 4" is the reason why people relocate to cooler piping.
  13. Bit late to the party but mine is setup the say way you described in your first post, you need to have it tuned to work with the AFM in that position. I can guarantee the way you have the AFM setup in that pic will give you boost leaks, you have chop it up and install into an ally or steel pipe. Also the oil feed on the turbo should be vertical if possible. Coil packs look stock too? If they are the originals then you will need new ones or you wont make it past 10psi without a miss. Your gonna max out those 555cc injectors pretty quickly too, < 300kw.
  14. what ignition setup was it running?
  15. Had a legnum tune day lined up at RTR last weekend, the tuner comes down from QLD and does a good deal for the OZvr4 members anyway RTR's dyno was broken so we ended up changing venue to Rajab!
